Room was large and very clean. Lot's of rowdy kids in the pool on Friday night so it was hard for my 7 and 10 year old grandkids to enjoy the pool as much. They had it all to themselves on Saturday morning so it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They could have done better with the taste of the food.

One of the breakfast employees came up behind me and slammed the cover down on top of the hot food and said it needs to stay closed to keep it hot. My friend was right behind me and she slammed it in front of her. Not professional at all. Maybe she needs some hospitality course refresher.

The pool and hot tub were excellent. the bed was coimfortable. the breakfast was great. the room was updated and modern. we just loved it.

I used booking .com. they took out 100.00 to hold for booking.com and was told it would be returned in a few days.. i did this Sunday. it is Thursday and it is still not processed through my bank and you are holding 100.00 of mine. I was honest and paid up front. you could have released my money back to me within 24 hours of checkout. not sure i will use booking.com again.

It is a lovely hotel. Salt water pool, a wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Nice kitchenette. Well landscaped. Nice outside area with fire pits.

Many of properties balconies, except courtyard views, do not have a pleasing view-although view is advertised for the room. You look at parking lots, other hotels, and the roofs of buildings. Wish we were facing the other way. No way to plug anything in next to bed-no outlets, not even behind bed. Some by tv, one on wall to left of bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Light on balcony was hard to block out.

Perfect location for a quick trip to Ohio Amish country. Extremely clean, super nice staff, loved the saltwater heated pool and hot tub! Breakfast was delicious as well. Loved every part of it. The bedroom was extremely spacious as well, and even had a countertop and stools as though it was a kitchenette. Also loved the medium size refrigerator rather than having a small cube refrigerator that nothing ever fits in!

There was nothing I did not like about the property

I think the overall value was very enticing. Place was very clean. We were so impressed when we saw a worker outside cleaning every fence spindle and all the chairs! Workers were very professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast exceeded out expectations and staff worked hard and were also very friendly.

Our only complaint would be the shower. Wish the door was on the far end away from the nozzle so you didn't have to get in under the water. Strange set up there.

It was clean, very updated , decent breakfast.. a lot of choices.. but no bacon or waffles. We personally like bacon and waffles but that's a personal preference. The pool and hot tub were really nice!! The location was really nice.. can walk to different shops and restaurants, the staff was very nice. The breakfast attendant was personable and kind. Definitely going back for another family get away from home.

The facility did not offer decaf coffee for breakfast. We were told this was a decision by management. The management needs to realize that people have medical conditions that prevent the consumption of caffeine and offering a pouch that can be steeped in hot water is not a good substitute for good brewed coffee. We were told that management felt the decaf was wasted but if they would leave it out for people to drink during the day the coffee would not be wasted.

The hotel added a large addition but did not understand the impact of this on the breakfast service….two of three mornings the lines were very long and the hot portions of the breakfast were completely gone….8 more guests were very upset and we all left and ate breakfast at a downtown restaurant……your manager could care less….disappointing…..we have been staying for a long time..sorry to say probably not again as well as the others we ate with

The rooms are very spacious with comfortable mattresses, great showers, and a relaxing upholstered chair in the room. The balcony overlooks beautiful scenery and has more chairs. There are several social gathering areas outside to enjoy. There is a nice indoor pool & hot tub. Their breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Berlin Grande is my favorite place to stay in Berlin! It’s a very easy walk to town.

Very clean, spacious room with extremely comfortable beds. Rooms and hallways were the quietest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The courtyard out back was beautiful, and I spent some time out there every evening. The location was ideal. Definitely would stay there again.

No one emptied trash or took dirty towels even though my husband asked the front desk clerk if someone could do that.
