The property is beautiful.

I marked it lower in value only because I saw in more than one place that they said all the rooms have balconies. Booking.com even shows in the section where you choose the room type that the rooms have balconies. There is a whole section of the hotel that doesn’t have balconies and that’s where they put us. Perhaps it was added on, but the hotel looks pretty new. We were disappointed in that. I didn’t think to ask when checking in or maybe they would have given us another room, but once we got our stuff in and realized it, we didn’t want to drag it to another room (assuming they would have moved us). When I booked, I considered the balcony when looking at the price.

Room was large and very clean. Lot's of rowdy kids in the pool on Friday night so it was hard for my 7 and 10 year old grandkids to enjoy the pool as much. They had it all to themselves on Saturday morning so it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They could have done better with the taste of the food.

One of the breakfast employees came up behind me and slammed the cover down on top of the hot food and said it needs to stay closed to keep it hot. My friend was right behind me and she slammed it in front of her. Not professional at all. Maybe she needs some hospitality course refresher.

Very clean!

We waited at the front desk for quite some time to check in, just waiting for someone to show up. No one was around and there was no way to call anyone to the desk. It wouldn't have been such a big deal but my two children were starving (had dinner with us to eat in the room) and tired after the drive. Once someone finally showed up, check in was fast and easy. There was plenty of staff the next day during the day. Staff was very nice and accommodating, maybe just short handed that afternoon.

The pool and hot tub were excellent. the bed was coimfortable. the breakfast was great. the room was updated and modern. we just loved it.

I used booking .com. they took out 100.00 to hold for booking.com and was told it would be returned in a few days.. i did this Sunday. it is Thursday and it is still not processed through my bank and you are holding 100.00 of mine. I was honest and paid up front. you could have released my money back to me within 24 hours of checkout. not sure i will use booking.com again.

Perfect location for a quick trip to Ohio Amish country. Extremely clean, super nice staff, loved the saltwater heated pool and hot tub! Breakfast was delicious as well. Loved every part of it. The bedroom was extremely spacious as well, and even had a countertop and stools as though it was a kitchenette. Also loved the medium size refrigerator rather than having a small cube refrigerator that nothing ever fits in!

There was nothing I did not like about the property

It is a lovely hotel. Salt water pool, a wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Nice kitchenette. Well landscaped. Nice outside area with fire pits.

Many of properties balconies, except courtyard views, do not have a pleasing view-although view is advertised for the room. You look at parking lots, other hotels, and the roofs of buildings. Wish we were facing the other way. No way to plug anything in next to bed-no outlets, not even behind bed. Some by tv, one on wall to left of bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Light on balcony was hard to block out.

The location is very convenient and also nice size rooms. The pool was very nice.

Didn’t like that they didn’t serve bacon or regular pancakes with either day of breakfast we stayed there. The toilet in the room splashed out water every now and then when you flushed it. There was loud noise above us of people stomping so the ceilings are very thin. The noise went on above us past 10 o clock when quiet time was supposed to be 9.

Breakfast was good, the room was big. Loved the courtyard.

My start was a little bumpy, she told me my room number but wrote the wrong number on my card, so I had to go back and get that corrected and in my bed was a HUGE colorful bug (alive), the front desk girl said it was a junebug. When I opened my curtains, all I could see was the roof of the pavilion in the courtyard, that was a little disappointing.

I really like this hotel. it’s amazing! I stayed here before, and this is my second time. The rooms are quite large, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, and the view is beautiful. Parking is open and always available. The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Diane, who made my stay even more pleasant.

Nothing. However, The breakfast could be more varied, but overall

I think the overall value was very enticing. Place was very clean. We were so impressed when we saw a worker outside cleaning every fence spindle and all the chairs! Workers were very professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast exceeded out expectations and staff worked hard and were also very friendly.

Our only complaint would be the shower. Wish the door was on the far end away from the nozzle so you didn't have to get in under the water. Strange set up there.
