I stayed her during a bike tour. I arrived very late, well outside the normal check in times, and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I also had a major mechanical problem with my bike that required me to abort my tour, and get picked up the next day, well after checkout time. Once again staff was extremely understanding, accommodating, and made my wait for pickup very comfortable. The room was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and clean. The hotel was quiet, and peaceful. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant, smiled, and seemed to genuinely appreciate having customers.

Some sort of electrical outlet that is reachable from the bed would be nice.

Very charming and historic. This place has an old soul and you can feel it. The woodwork is gorgeous, the Tavern (which just opened apparently) is of to a great start, with an excellent burger and one of the best top shelf margaritas I've ever had.

It wasn't clear there there was no breakfast provided. There was a coffee area that LOOKED like coffee would appear but it never did. The front desk was closed at 4pm the day of our arrival which was unusual to say the least but they made it work. Think if Mayberry was a real place and this was their hotel and it makes sense. Lol. We still loved the place despite the quirks.

My husband and I have been at the Millersburg twice before and loved it. This time we brought our 6 year old son with us for a mini-vacation. We loved it...once again we were not disappointed. Jamie is a gracious hostess, always ready and willing to help. She is very good at her job and made us feel very welcome.

We hate to complain since we had a wonderful time but our room was so warm. We couldn't get the room to get cold, we had to ask for a 2nd fan. I called the front desk hoping to talk with Jamie but she was off for the evening. I forget the woman's name now but I spoke with her on the phone, gave her my name and room number and asked for a fan. She assured me she'd be there in a few minutes. After about 45 minutes or so I called again. Our son's asthma was acting up and I wanted him to be cool in the room. Anyway, I called back and the girl told me she'd be right up, that she forgot our room number. Really?? C'mon. When she came up to the room with the fan, we got the feeling we were bothering her. She wasn't very nice to us.

The staff was wonderful! Provided us a better blanket immediately when we needed it. Helped move us in and out, even though the hotel has no bell hops. Since we are gluten intolerant we bring our own food. So they gave us a small fridge even though the room didn't come with one.

Booking .com gave us the wrong number to communicate with the hotel!!!

The staff was welcoming. The decor of the hotel was very tastefully done, with numerous memorabilia from bygone years. The bed was very comfortable and there were reading lamps on both sides!

The room's only window was not in the bedroom but in the sink area, adjacent to the toilet/bathroom. I like light. Also, the window did not open. I like air. Other than that, despite it being small, it was quite lovely. We had dinner in the attached tavern, and it was very pleasant.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was super. Cozy. The staff was very friendly - even when we arrived a bit later than expected. We love to walk and found the Holmes County Trail after arriving. It was a great find. Took long walks. And shared the (paved) trail with a handful of other walkers and the occasional Amish family in horse & buggies. Had a nice coffee each morning down the road at Broken Grounds Coffee Company.

The property was old but that is what made it great! The staff was excellent and went out of their way to assure that our stay was perfect. The food at the restaurant was very good and reasonable. A very pleasant stay the I would recommend to anyone looking for something different from the chain hotels. AAAAA++++

Everything was great!

This historic hotel is located in the center of Millersburg. It was easy to park in the lot directly behind the hotel. Several restaurants are within walking distance. My room was clean with a comfortable bed & a nice shower. There were 2 chairs in my room as well as a desk/table. There’s an elevator to access the second & third floors.

I liked everything about it. It’s a historic hotel in a small town.

I love everything about the property!

The only thing I had an issue with was the tavern staff. They were friendly but didn’t prioritize their customers. All three waitresses were put over a large outdoor group and ignored us and other indoor customers. But other that it was wonderful!

We loved location you could see courthouse from our window this was a mother daughter trip that we have never done it was great.very relaxing beds were comfortable pillows not do much.

The pillows ,☹️they were very hard and uncomfortable we went and bought pillows the rest of our stay was good . My daughter was hoping to be welcomed by a ghost no haunting took place 😔 lol
