The room was clean beds were very comfortable and location was great

People being able to smoke right out side of room where ice machine was and our room 103 and a very disruptive male in parking lot

Despite being right on the busy main route through town, with lots of traffic, including trucks, the sound does not reach the rooms due to the layout of the building. I had been concerned about this, but it proved to be no issue at all. Really liked the proximity to downtown shops. Everything was clean and fresh, staff very responsive to any needs and very friendly.

Would have liked to have the opportunity to open the windows or even the curtains without people being able to see into the room. There are only curtains and they are either open or closed; when closed, it's a bit like living in a cave and when open, anyone passing by can see everything in the room. Sheers or blinds would have allowed more flexibility in that regard.

I liked the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked fine. There was breakfast. It was within walking distance of everything from coffee to shopping to dinner.

There is no staff. I didn't need anything but it is nice to know someone is there if I do. Also the coffee in the room is disgusting. Don't waste your time. I wished the breakfast that was offered was from local places. We are in Amish country! I don't want a Pillsbury strudel . The coffee they offered with breakfast was also gross. Luckily there were two coffee shops nearby to get coffee.

Good location, clean rooms, good security and reasonable lite breakfast available.

They have reduced staff to have checkin and services at another location a short distance down the road. Probably the cheapest “2-ply” toilet paper we’ve encountered. Went and bought new and will bring our own in the future. Earlier in the day, while on the way to the area, my wife was having a difficult morning and I called to inquire if I could cancel the stay. I couldn’t because of BOOKING.com policy, BUT the receptionist at the property seemed more concerned that I release the room as soon as possible so they could sell it again. It was a bit short on “style” when it’s all on “business” and not an ounce of empathy.

The location was perfect to enjoy Berlin. Loved the plethora of pillows and how comfy the bed was! The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was so kind and accommodating. I would 💯 bring my family back to enjoy this hotel with me! 😁

Nothing. The stay was excellent. Even the alternate location for check in was fine by me. The hotel was diligent to let me know beforehand. An outline of local places to go for entertainment, local coffee and gift shops, etc. would have been great but not necessary.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It's very clean, very quiet and great location. Easy to walk to all the shops and go back to rest a little before going back out. Bathroom is clean and loved the fact the hot water stayed hot in the shower!

Only issue we had is that the refrigerator froze everything we had in it. Pillows were mushy and a little uncomfortable, but beds are super comfy. Wish they had more breakfast options.

It was very easily located.. It had no steps for my walker. Breakfast was continental and certainly adequate. the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. there was no noise from the road.

Had to pick up the key at a different location. It was booked at the last minute. would have preferred staying at the Heritage Inn but no rooms due to the quilt show.

Very clean, very good self serve breakfast, good availability to coolness comfort. Beds were comfortable 4 pillows for choice of comfort. Parking was adequate. Felt very safe. Enough shampoo soap etc. towels were adequate for a two night stay. Would stay again.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

The location was great. Right in middle of town within walking of all the shops. The room was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. Selection of light breakfast items was very good for me. The coffee was very good. Small refrigerator and microwave was in the room. Very quiet at night after the town settled down.

The room met my expectations. The room was clean and adequate for the stay. The breakfast options were great! The air conditioner didn't work the greatest. It ran almost constantly. It may need repaired. That was the only issue but still very pleased!
