Location was great. We thought we were reserving a bed & breakfast, because Hillside Villa came up under bed & breakfast when researching where to stay. So, no breakfast was a big disappointment. Very clean room.

Breakfast would have been wonderful. The TV wasn't working, so we called, and someone came out and put in a new router. Unfortunately, the TV kept cutting out off & on, so we missed much of the Presidential debate. At 9:50pm on the second night, the TV went out and never came back on. It was working the next morning. Something must not be right with the connection.

In the country yet in town. Close to everything, quiet, serene. In Berlin and only 9 miles from Sugarcreek and 18 minutes from Walnut Creek. Great shopping great food and great buys.

I only had one hiccup. And it was a product that they were just trying out and it was a key code on the door. The only room to have one because it was being tried out. And it locked me in my room. And I’m not saying that it could’ve been something that I did and Not the fault of the lock. I also had the option of using the key, and from then on I did. But I was out within 12 minutes. They were very apologetic.

We didn’t eat anything at the Villa but the accommodations were very nice!

The gap under the door wasn’t the worst thing and there was a long doorstop thing that went most of the way across but the gap was pretty decent sized and still present on the sides. Our room was right next to a closet housekeeping accesses and it just felt a little less private with the door. The fan on the a/c in our room was very loud when it kicked on and woke me up once. Other than those two minor things it was great!

The view was exceptional! The room was great!

The air conditioning units were very loud. Hard to sleep. Since being the only ones there, did not like that the doors had to stay unlocked through the night, especially when wanting to go out of the room. Would have been nice to be greeted so questions could have been asked to a person.

Room was chilly at night 64, we were fine but that's chilly. The remote for the TV above the fireplace needed batteries. The remote for the fireplace itself was not the best. The symbols flashed off and on, batteries? Your kitchen looked amazing, great stove. We didn't use it, maybe next time

Beautiful location and facility! Had a wonderful time. (Odd that there was no staff to even check ID.)

Rooms were cold and difficult to regulate temp. Shower instructions in the suite should be posted where more visible. Also, surprised that better quality towels weren't provided when all else was so nice.

The room was amazing, the outside views were serene. The house itself was warm and inviting. Can't say enough good about it.

They advertise breakfast but because we were the only couple there I imagine that is why there wasn't one. Heard others say there wasn't breakfast either but it is advertised.

It was super cozy. The coffee and tea options in the common room were great. Amenities in the basement were fun. Loved the fireplace in each room.

Nothing that we didn’t like, but what could have made it even better is if there was an option for breakfast.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was great. We had the whole Inn to ourselves on Sunday. Due to no staff being there all weekend, we had access to the kitchen and all eminities at our leisure during our stay, which made us feel like we were at home. Loved it.

We loved everything about the Villa. I was very relaxing with a great view..we sat on the porch most of the evening. We are even considering returning next year for our Anniversary with a large group of family and friends
