The room was beautiful, the view just peaceful and lovely, the location was very close to town, churches, shopping and restaurants, but still in the gorgeous rolling hills and bluffs! I loved the door lock!!! So easy to get in and out, no key to loose, and the fact that the door was not on springs so it didn't close on you with your arms full of luggage and groceries was great!! PLUS it was always locked when you closed it after you were inside, but no getting locked out as long as you remember the simple and easy code. Just GREAT! BEST THING...I enjoyed watching the sun come up while sitting in the hot tub, then drying off in front of the warm and cozy gas fireplace.
It would have been nice to have a second recliner since there were two of us in the room and I thought we booked a king bed, but it was only a queen.

The location is perfect for visiting the area sites. We went to the draft horse auction at Mt Hope so it was close to that and several good restaurants. We recommend the Millersburg Brewing Co., great burgers!
The pond could use a treatment for scum/algae, but is has been extremely dry so maybe it is usually not so bad.

The “Owl’s Nest” where we stayed felt very rich and incredibly comfortable. It feels secluded and private like you’re deep in the woods but you’re actually 3 minutes from town. it’s brilliant and we loved it!
The only thing I can find to comment on is that it would be helpful to have a shade for the skylight in the loft. it’s very bright early in the morning. BUT this would not deter us from visiting again.

The location was easy to find. Quiet and serene setting. The cabin was clean and perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms were spacious with storage. The rocking chairs on the balcony were great to sit on and enjoy the view and the pond on the property.
We did notice a slight smell to the water in the shower like mineral water, but it was not overwhelming. It is common in more rural areas.

The room was clean and cozy. The jetted indoor tub and outdoor jacuzzi were great additions to our stay.
The people in the suite above us were quite loud while moving around.

The unit, privacy and quiet. We only slept showered and sat in the hot tub but it was great!
Nothing. Thankful we got a bottom unit. I'm 50 and he's 60.

Would be nice if you can adjust the air conditioning. It would get alittle hot around two in the morning.
