Clean, fresh, great breakfast. Surrounding area was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful.

This was our first time staying at Comfort Suites in Berlin, Ohio. We are extremely satisfied with everything about this hotel! The front desk clerk was very kind, explained everything very thoroughly, and made us feel welcome! I wish I knew her name, I would give her a shout out, but we checked in on July 4th around 3:30 PM. She deserves recognition! The hotel room was very clean and smelled fresh, not like cleaning solution but just fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable, but just a little small, but I definitely wouldn’t let that keep me from staying here again. We usually go to Amish Country at least once a year and sometimes twice and we will definitely be staying here again! I love that when booking the room online, they have the option of choosing a first floor room! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Loved everything about the property!

Breakfast was wonderful. Even one of the staff members made a homemade sausage/egg casserole for one of the mornings.

When walking into the pool area, it smelled of very strong chlorine and the pool was cloudy. You could tell it was cloudy when you looked at the entry stairs, they were not clearly defined. The 2nd day, I went to the pool, it didn't smell as strong, but it was still cloudy, so I didn't go in the pool. That was disappointing because we brought our pool noodles.

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the seating in the room. Breakfast was quite good.

Noise from floor above. Walking and children running around carried to our room below. Wish there were more fruit choices for breakfast...ie. fresh oranges or/and cut melon/grape fruit bowl. Not enough staff for breakfast on Sunday morning. She was trying but one is not enough to keep up. She did a great job but needed to have us tell her what was out at times....no fault to her, as I said she was working hard but during the week we saw 3 breakfast staff keeping things up , doesn't make sense to expect one to carry the load.

The hotel was beautiful, spacious, wide halls, large rooms, thickest towels ever!, very very clean, no bad smells anywhere, never heard neighboring rooms noise, everything in working order: tv, remote, shower, faucets, air conditioner, no stains on carpet, the room was immaculate, beds were super comfortable, large shower, plenty of pillows & blankets. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The baked oatmeal was heavenly (I want the recipe!!!) there were cooked eggs, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, jams, honey, butter, real cream, bacon, sausages, fresh fruit, yogurt, cream cheese, variety of cold cereals, milk, several choices of coffee (always fresh), cocoa, tea, a variety of juices. In particular the citrus-peach juice was the best I ever had, delicious! The staff was extremely attentive. They never let anything run short, immediately cleaned the tables, made sure the food was plentiful. The eating area was large & could accommodate many people. I liked that it was a non-smoking hotel. It really helped make the rooms smell fresh at all times. I appreciated that breakfast continued to be served until 10:00 am. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions: craft store, restaurants, antique shops.

We enjoyed everything! And plan on returning.

Breakfast was excellent, but they could use a bit more seating with the size of the facility. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were quiet. Even though it was freezing outside the room stayed toasty warm with the thermostat only set at 70 degrees. The hallways smelled minty.

Had to wait for a table at breakfast, but some of that was due to rude people who sat talking after they were done instead of going somewhere else to talk. A lot of rooms for the size of the breakfast area.

The breakfast was great and clean with lots of choices and a wide variety. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on the strip in Berlin so we were able to walk it. The staff was super helpful! And the chairs and fire pit outside are nice to relax after a long day of shopping.

The pool was gross with a lot of clumps of hair. Kids lasted 20 mins if that. Be careful after using the shower, the floors get super slick. My son must have had a small amount of water on the bottom of his feet(yes we dried him off thoroughly on a towel) and he slipped once, my husband caught him, then the second time he smashed his forehead on the floor and got a huge knot. Just be mindful the tiles chosen are super slick in bathroom and entryway.

The room was great. Very spacious and clean beds comfortable bathroom was clean The breakfast was actually very good as well but would maybe like to see hour extended later than 10am. When traveling with small children sometimes it’s easier to not wake to make breakfast by 10 when you are on vacation

The dirtiness of the pool and hot tub. The water was foggy and no hint of chemicals detected. The pool and hot tub could tell it was dirty with brown dirt or stains on the lining if them. Probably one of the worst pools at hotels I have ever swam in. 🥺

We liked breakfast andvroomsize. Our granddaughters came and there were no sheets for their couch pullout. The pool & hottub had too much salt where our granddaughters have beautiful soft hair but even washing their hair twice there hair was like cardboard. The Chlorine was really very strong. People were not liking it. It was overwhelming.

Sheets in bedroom for sofa bed. Less Chlorine & salt in pool. We asked for sheets next morning and neither woman could speak English when we needed sheets & towels.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and relaxing. It was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The scrambled eggs were so fluffy and good. We didn't use the pool, but it looked real nice! Very close to Main Street and shops and restaurants. Definitely going to book again!!
