The restaurant was excellent. Very good service and food. Front desk very helpful and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again but would definitely need the tub to be replaced.

The room was nice but the bath tub really needs to be replaced. The tub is very stained. I would suggest using Ajax or a commercial brand to scrub the tub until it can be replaced. House keeping maintains the room very nice but renovation in the tub is required.

I thought breakfast was include in the price qoute by booking.com however I was billed for the breaskfast. I was quoted by booking.com $900 dollars and was billed $1040.00. I did have a dinner and water that was not a part of the breaskfast.

My wife fail and received a knot on the right side of her head, abrasion on the right side of her face a black eye a bruised knee and big toe on her right foot. This was caused by a rolling chair in room 201. The hotel did not offer any help. I had to bring my wife back to Virginia to our doctor.

I don't understand why I was charged more on check out than I was told when I reserved the room. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

That my check out charge was higher than my reservation charge. 😡

Its was quiet and yet allowed kids and it was just far enough from home we felt like it was a get away and the hot tub was great my Husband has MS and it really helps his legs

The accessible shower was dangerous, tile was so slippery that I fell and broke my wrist

Everyone was so nice. Our room was clean and the filled our request for a few items we needed. The price was good and the peanut butter cookies at the front desk.

Paying for Breakfast. This is the first time I have ever had to pay for a breakfast. So on that note I will have to find another place to stay that offers free full breakfast. There are a few that I have stayed at that serve omelets, Waffle's ECT at no charge.

multiple fire and life safety issues. no visible cameras. rapist paradise. Fire Alarm Control Panel had troubles present. painted concealed sprinkler plates rust and or corroded sprinkler heads sprinkler piping not aligned properly

The convenience to the college. How comfortable the rooms are and how easy it is to check in.

The rates are a little higher than the hotel next door which offers an ATI rate and free hot breakfast.
