we enjoyed the spa and pool. beds were comfy. air ran a bit crazy...like it waited till the room was warm before it kicked back on. I dont know why. It may have been how we had it set, not sure. breakfast was great, different stuff each day. Bathroom was big and shower was great!

We found an empty pepsi carton in the drawer, which we didnt put there. in the other drawer was a bag of candy and a grocery bag, we didnt put it there either. It was left from whomever used our room before.

The beds was very comfortable. Liked the location - was near the event we were attending and near shopping and restraunts. Nice variety of food to choose from at breakfast. Liked having the coffee bar open during the day. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool.

There was no one at check desk when we first arrived. We had to wait . Another hotel guest called the number . Turns out the front desk person was helping another hotel guest. They were short staffed because someone had called in sick.

The breakfast was very good. They had coffee and teas available all the time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a laundry room for guests, a pool, and a fitness room. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great, and very friendly. They truly seemed interested in doing anything they could for us, to make our stay better. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of hot water.

Wish there was a little bit more water pressure and the elevator was slow. Other than that, we really couldn't complain about anything.

Beads were comfortable, nice big shower, very nice heated indoor pool. Staff was very nice and informative.

The price was too high for the area, breakfast was just ok. Biscuits and bagels tasted like they came out of freezer and thawed, still cold. Ham was only meat option, some people don't eat pork. Eggs are good and they had cereal.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was way better than expected. I also warned them about my teething baby so they kept us away from other people that may have complained about her crying.

We were pleased with our stay. When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean, pool area was clean including the bathroom. Pool was heated. Staff was friendly the other guest staying there was awesome. Breakfast was good with lots of choices to choose from.

Beds were a little firm but they look to be new maybe purchased in the last 6mos-1yr. Nothing to complain about though.

Breakfast was excellent as was the staff taking care of the food, property was in excellent condition clean and bright

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast coffee other then that my stay and the staff were amazing

The bed was very comfortable breakfast was amazing people was very excellent everything was taken care of when asked the pool and the hot tub was amazing well maintained and took care of

The fact that the price on the internet was different than the price I paid the price on the internet when booked was $100 and some dollars a night and then it was $97 another time I looked

Check-in and out was easy. The breakfast buffet was good!

When housekeeping provided extra towels, clearly the room needed vacuumed because the dog had made a mess of some tissues. A small job that presumably would have taken longer to plug in and unplug than to vacuum the area of the mess.
