We stayed a night close to Amish country and the Dover area. The rooms are large and clean, the views are quite nice, and the continental breakfast is a full on buffet. I enjoyed the restaurant, bakery, and gift shop/coffee shop all on premises giving you good choices to start your day.

I think they may need a good maintenance man. Maybe that our stay was right on the edge of winter we had a few technical difficulties, I dunno. The shower drain was slow, the mini fridge was noisy that we had to unplug it to sleep, and the asphalt in the parking lot is deteriorating a bit in the low spots.

The Inn was very nice - well decorated with relaxing areas to sit inside and outside. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The price was a bit on the high end, but not extremely so (more of an opinion as everyone values things differently). The fridge in the room was a little noisy and located in the upper portion of a TV cabinet that likely amplified the noise a bit. Had it been on the floor, it may not have been as noticeable - especially when combined with the typical noise of a room heating and air unit.

Very friendly service. Everyone we had any contact with was helpful and welcoming. The room and Inn were very comfortable and spotless. It was a good value, as well.

Truthfully, the furnishings are a bit dated. However, this does not detract in any way from enjoyability, comfort, or cleanliness. The breakfast was ok, it had all the basics. I personally would enjoy a more varied coffee service with options for espresso drinks, which you can get at a gas station these days, for what it's worth.

the atmosphere was wonderful, going out on the patio in the morning with a hot cup of coffee/tea and hearing and seeing the horse drawn buggies, seeing the autumn fall colors, morning mist and farm land was excellent. this stay was a Hallmark movie. The hot breakfast includes fresh baked goods from the bakery on the premises. The hospitality was top notch. Cookies, coffee and tea at check in and available all night. Warm and clean. Close to wineries, cheese makers and the World's Largest Cuckoo clock.

The breakfast offered a nice selection of foods and the breakfast room was neat and clean. It was just steps down the hall from our room which was very convenient. I also liked the beautiful wood furniture in the room.

I was surprised to find that there was no clock in the room. Also, the lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best. I preferred the sink and mirror outside the bathroom for putting on makeup because the lighting was much better there.

Location was perfect as we had just attended the Ohio Swiss Festival and the Inn was not that far away. Beautiful countryside! Room was nice. A little outdated, but we made reservations late and they were full, so maybe not their best room.

We ate dinner at the restaurant. Food was okay, but not what I expected. We both had to send our food plates back to the kitchen to be heated up as they were luke warm. We each got the Turkey dinner, which I would not recommend. There may have been better options that we didn't select.

We like the view and the quietness of the hotel and the location. The breakfast was good. The staff was great. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We would have walked around outside the hotel but didn't due to the smoke alert from the fires in Canada.

We would prefer paper products (coffee cups and plates) for the breakfast. Styrofoam is not good for the environment and I don't think it is healthy to drink coffee from a Styrofoam cup. The room had a cleaning product smell which we did not notice in the past. Also it would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

We come every year. We stay in the large suite with the living room. It has two queen beds and a pull out sofa. We love everything there. The size of the room, The staff, Updated bathrooms and the amenities. The staff goes the extra mile for sure. They let our group go outside and play cornhole and set up the fireplace for us. We had an amazing evening. The only thing that we think could help out is maybe some newer softer beds. But it won't keep us away from going back next year. Thank you for an amazing stay..

The check-in was very pleasant and the facilities were really nice! The location was easy to get to, and the surroundings were beautiful!

The breakfast was typical hotel hot breakfast foods, which was honestly a little disappointing, (I was expecting better options considering it claims to be an Amish Inn), but it was still good.

The views from here are beautiful. Also the whole staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂 The inside is breathtaking. The location is great. you're still close to everything . The rooms were perfect with a big bay window overlooking the breathtaking Valley! Truly a diamond 💎 there. Also, there's dining there with great food!
