Everything! No literally everything. The rooms were in good condition, the staff was excellent, the pool & hot tub were enjoyable, and the breakfast was really good. One more thing did I mention how awesome the staff and manager was because I want to make sure you understand they were awesome.

Usually, you can find something in a Hotel that is wrong but this hotel to be honest isn't a 5 star but for a family of traveling baseball parents it was perfect. Only complaint I literally could think of is I had to slide my key card more than once on occasion to get into my room. And the no toys in the pool rule was a bummer but somebody in the past must of did something stupid, so they are preventing something from happening again.

I loved the staff and the pool. It was the first time I had stayed in Ohio. Honestly the pool was the best I have ever seen. I stay quite frequently in hotels in NY. and out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, I have to say the one here at Sleep Inn out beats them all. I have never been in a better pool. The staff were absolutely amazing they all made us feel right at home. From the woman at the front desk who checked us in and always asked how we were doing when she saw us, to the general manager who is very friendly and we had a nice conversation with. Along with the lady who was working the breakfast. She was so friendly and kind. I have had a lot of experience staying in hotels as I stated and this is by far the best all around hotel I have ever stayed in. Will definitely be staying here if I ever visit Ohio again!!

The breakfast was excellent I really enjoyed the hot food and coffee whilst my wife opts for cereal, fruit and toast Everyone was very pleasant and helpful Anne loved the pool as it was a good size and the water was warm

I think it would be useful to have some sketch maps available at reception to show the location of the facilities in Bolivar That way the staff would be free from having to try and explain them to travellers unfamiliar with the area Just a simple town plan m would suffice We found our way to the tavern following the instructions given at the desk and enjoyed our meal very much

Clean room, no odors, and a great breakfast included.

Nothing really relevant comes to mind, maybe only the blackout curtains didn’t block all the sunlight in the morning.

Staff members were wonderful. Brian at check in was very pleasant and thorough. Every staff member greeted you warmly and wanted to make sure you were ok. Went for a baseball tournament. Very convenient location to Maserelli Sports Complex. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.

Room Walls are very thin, and we could always hear everything going on beside.

The location was great if you are attending either the baseball/softball facility, golf course or canoe livery. The hotel may be bit of a time capsule but the managmeent team and cleaning crew keep this place spotless. Just incredible level of service to keep this hotel clean and welcoming. Overall very good value.

Friendly competent helpful staff .

The breakfast sausage wasn’t very good and the scrambled eggs was sub par- but edible.

Construction was happening , no bathroom by pools had to go to your room wet to use bathroom , bathrooms were under construction, fitness room was under construction, a lot of things under construction.. staff was nice and breakfast was good ..
