We loved everything! The staff was very nice and answered any questions very nicely!! They even set us up with a split room for our family! The pool was very well maintained and clean! The hot tub too!! The rooms were clean and everything worked in them! The shower was nice and had very hot water! The beds and pillows were comfy! The breakfast was just enough! Over all we enjoyed our stay! And we will be back again for sure!!

The breakfast was all 'processed food.' Would have preferred at least scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc., not in the form of a 'breakfast sandwich.' Also, initial room smelled horridly of smoke, even though all rooms are 'non-smoking' - desk manager was very helpful in securing an alternate room which was great!

We LOVE this hotel. It’s our go to in the area for clean/comfy rooms and the staff is always friendly. 12/10.

I’m spoiled, so I would love to see more options at the continental breakfast, but what they do supply is definitely better than a lot of comparable budget properties ☺️

We ate what I think of as a standard American continental breakfast with some prepackaged items and some fresh fruit, fruit juices, coffee, and milk. It was more than adequate to get our day going.

For the price the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the indoor and hot tub. The morning breakfast had all needed from breakfast sandwiches to waffles.

Great location, good rate, and clean. Lots of space in our room. We used the sauna, hot tub and pool and really enjoyed since not much to do in Holmes County after 5 pm (except eat!!)

All of the staff were very helpful and nice. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The pool wasn’t too cold and stayed open late (12am). The bar on site had delicious drinks.
