Almost everything!!! Very clean and very nice.

Just one incident happened. There was a little debris in the pool and my son got a small cut on his toe. They shut the pool down immediately! We were understanding and forgiving. I still would stay here again, because it is a very nice place to stay. You have to understand things happen beyond people’s control, and it was very minor.

The property was very attractive. I especially liked the hilltop location. The patios and the walk were a nice touch and a very inviting way to get people out of their rooms and out-of-doors. While all of the staff were friendly I would especially like to commend Robert who checked us in on Sunday. The breakfast staff were very accommodating, helpful, pleasant and always greeted me with a smile.

While I appreciated the walk-in shower, the lack of ANY grab-bars is a glaring safety issue. It's true the floor was textured and non-slippery, but a grab-bar is essential for maintaining your balance when showering! I never felt safe any time I was in the shower!

The breakfast was very good and it was very well prepared, Charlotte was excellent in customer service and any questions that might come up, everything was freshly made, freshly prepared and the coffee, that was the most excellent part, I am a hardcore coffee drinker and the coffee was fresh every morning, the staff was excellent, the housekeeper was great, this was the best stay I have had in a long time

There was nothing that I didn't like, I can't say anything bad about this place, this place and staff were beyond exception, they were amazing

Not enough towels. They only clean every other day . I think they should at least make the bed, take out dirty towels and put in fresh towels and empty the trash especially seeing there are only 2 small trash cans in the room.

This hotel was very clean! The staff was very nice! It was very quiet so I could rest! the free breakfast was awesome. The waffles are the best.! this is the best hotel I've stayed in a long time and I will return when I'm in town.!

There was nothing to dislike everything was awesome

The location was quiet and remote. I loved the breakfast and the staff was accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Canton. Very nice rooms with big bathrooms.

There was nothing about this hotel that I did not like.

Everything, the staff was excellent. Twila, Charlotte, Rhonda, and Abby were all wonderful and accommodating. We arrived as guests left as family. The beds were comfortable the room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was amazing many choices. Will stay again and again. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely nothing

It was convenient for where we were going. It had a great breakfast. The staff was friendly, smiled, and extremely helpful & polite. Our room was perfect. Very clean. Plenty of linens & supplies & tv. Great view. Right next to Shell, McDonald’s & Wendy’s, & Subway Restaurants. Great for disabled & service dog.

Loved! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Loved the location for us. Breakfast was great and washer and dryers work perfectly for a hotel.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful! The bed was so comfortable. My husband and I both fell in love with the shower! Very beautiful!!

Bought a bottle of Mt. Dew from the snack area only to get to the room and realize it was outdated. Still drank most of it though.
