The location for us was perfect because our cousins just live about 3 miles away. The staff was exceptional they always asked if there was anyhting we needed and they kept the coffee and bagel bar filled at all times.

Would like to see a full breakfast such as pancakes waffles scrambled eggs and bacon. There were quite a few smokers and it would be nice to have some kind of seating near the doors.It also would be nice to have a clock and some kind of night light in the rooms.

Location is great and convenient. The grounds are nicely kept and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool every evening and were quite surprised and delighted to have it to ourselves most of the time.

Breakfast is a pretty big disappointment. With bagels, muffins, and yogurt being the only options 5 days in a row, it gets old, quick. Personally, I would prefer more options. Even if was just adding a cereal option, hard boiled eggs and a make-your-own-waffle option would be a huge improvement. While the breakfasts while it was a Hampton Inn weren't gourmet, at least there were two hot options and I would take that anyday over what is currently being offered.

The staff, especially PAIGE covering Front Desk, breakfast bar, and anything that came up. What a gem of an employee!! Great attitude and hospitality!!

Didn't get ajoining rooms or next to each other as requested & confirmed. After first night was given option of moving to a room across the hall. Declined as we were already settled after one night in.

This property was very clean. And the pool was nice . Everything had been updated and looked so nice.

The room was very nice but the air conditioner was old and outdated. The hallways were extremely hot. We got a suite and it had no microwave I should have prolly read that and it would have said but who doesn’t put a microwave in a suite ? The pool towel were so small my son is 5 and could not even wrap him up in one. The last thing the free breakfast consisted of a bagel a muffin and a yogurt.

Everything was great. Rooms were very clean. Nice heavy towels to dry off with. We had asked for extra towels, wash cloths, and pillows and they were in the room when we arrived.

Breakfast could have a little more of a choice of items such as biscuits and gravy nit just muffins and bagels. Cereal and milk would be nice too. I like milk and all that was available was coffee and orange juice.

We came to Newcomerstown for a funeral on Tuesday. Stayed Monday night. It was pretty close to the funeral home

Didn't like the breakfast bagel bar. Prefer a regular hot breakfast in the morning to start the day! Not a bagel person and bagels are not the best if you are health conscious!! Didn't even have milk. We'd bring cereal, milk & fruit if there were a next time!

Loved how easy it was to get to from the highway, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful.

The breakfast was a bagel bar and not what I thought it would be. We ate breakfast out the trip.

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The people greeting us at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The manager was excellent as well.

I would like to see a more robust continental breakfast and not just a bagel bar. Maybe meat choice and scrambled eggs along with the bagel or english muffins.

The room was clean and comfortable. The entire staff was ready with a smile! The pool and hot tub were a little on the small side, but it wasn't busy. We will definitely recommend and we will definitely return!
