Had no problem with the room, but it was very basic as expected. The free breakfast was ok. There's a vending machine off the main hallway but it was empty. The location was convenient for my needs. Had no problem getting food delivered via Doordash. There was a large metal wall (it may have been a portable dumpster) blocking the view from my window but I actually liked this as it gave me more privacy.

The hairdryer was the small kind without much wattage. Bathroom could use a fan.

The breakfast food was good. I really liked the egg and cheese biscuits.

The coffee didn't work. I was told, "Oh it's probably out." But no attempt to get it working. There were 2 ants in my room. One in the bathroom and one on the bed. You need to make your room doors not slam every time someone leaves their room. It's a rude awakening at 5am. 5:30am. On and on every time I would fell back to sleep.

Good value, nice room, the breakfast options were ok at best

The surly desk clerk with the gross fingernails. What a "pleasant" person. I enjoyed how dismissive it was to me. The window in my room didn't close all the way, and it was noisy. The lamp didn't work, and the outlet needs to be replaced along with the window.

Staff Was extremely helpful. Did not have a coffee pot in the room and staff immediately got a coffee maker and coffee. Had trouble logging on to WIFI and desk clerk found out why and we were able to use the WIFI. Excellent staff!!!! We like that our stay was with out stress, and was restful!!!

I would like a Pamphlet that stays in the room that tells what T V channels are available.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to what I was doing. Staff was very nice and helpful

Toilet seat was in need of repair Front desk woman wanted to help but there went any tools for her or me to use to tighten. Found out in the morning that there was very low water pressure in the shower.

I can't say enough about the staff. Every single person always had a smile on their face, very polite and willing to go out of their way to help.

I would've liked to have had a microwave but, there was one in the lobby to use.

The breakfast was not up to par for the hotels in that area. The rooms are out dated, didn't even have a coffee pot or microwave. The room was cleaned once the whole 5 days I was there. The staff was not friendly. I have stayed at a few of the hotels in the area this was a big disappointment.

Nice, big room and well lit from a large window. Air conditioner worked really well. Overall, the place was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The in-room refrigerator was super noisy! When it ran you could feel the vibration in the bed.

I have an issue with the front desk clerk having to do breakfast and service the front desk. We had to wait to check out while she was busy cooking. The owner of the hotel is abusing her by having her do 2 jobs for the pay of one job.hire a cook so that we don't have to wait

No HDMI plug inside.. could be solved with simple USB to HDMI switches
