Heated pool. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, cereal, yogurts. Lots of options. Was about 30 minutes away from the wilds which was perfect. Not a bad drive at all.

We were put in a conjoined room and first night we could hear talking door seems very thin. Second night talking and in the morning the person staying next door hit their snooze five times so it kept waking us up. Just wasn’t a fan of the connection and how much we could hear.

MY SON HAD STAYED HERE LAST YEAR WITH A FRIEND AND SAID HOW NICE IT WAS AND IT WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED WITH WALKING OF 3 PLACES TO EAT. WHEN WE DECIDED TO GO BACK TO LEGEND VALLEY, I KNEW THIS IS WHERE I WOULD BOOK FOR THIS YEAR'S FESTIVAL. I WILL BOOK AGAIN WHEN IT LETS ME FOR NEXT YEAR, AS WELL!!!

I WANTED TO CHARGE MY ROOM TO A SEPARATE CARD, WHICH I GAVE TO THE LADY AT THE DESK, ALONG WITH MY IDS. THIS IS PROTOCOL FOR MOST HOTELS. SHE CHARGED IT TO MY DEBIT CARD INSTEAD AND DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY ID TO SEE IF IT WAS ME. SHE ALSO RAN MY KEY CARD FOR ONE NIGHT INSTEAD OF THREE, SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR HER TO FIX THAT. OTHER THAN THAT, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, IT WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL AND THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL AS WELL.

Conveniently located in a more remote side of town away from the concert venue we visited, with many eating options within walking distance. They were very accommodating with my changing dates when our plans changed, and when we were later checking in. They helped me with directions and were very pleasant to talk to.

I don't have any complaints. This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and will continue to stay here in our travels.

Loud cars and pickup trucks made a lot of noise through the night. Aggressive, borderline violent truck driving in the area.

Yoga mat in the gym looked dirty. There should also be disinfectant wipes in the gym. I had two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo in the room.

The breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from. The woman who was working the breakfast area on Friday morning 5/17 was wonderful!! She was so kind and helpful. She was informative, and it is evident that she is happy to be there. The hotel was very clean and all staff were friendly. My room was clean and great for a night of rest after a long night of driving.

I did not dislike the location but I don’t know much about it so I could not rate it higher.

The staff made ALL the difference, starting with Jodie, our check in team member. Then there was the young lady serving the breakfast. She was very attentive, keeping items hot that needed to be hot, keeping food stocked, and the trash can emptied.. Check out was also pleasant even when we asked for the bill to be split between my roommate and I

In the morning there were at least 6-7 large flies behind the torn sheer curtain! It was creepy! I was afraid to pull back the darkening curtain for fear I would find something rotten behind it

Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator size was great! We weren't in room very long, just for sleeping. Parking was good. Staff was very pleasant.

Price. Wish it could've been cheaper. There were NO USB ports (for charging phones, tables, etc.) in room, just Plug In capability. Good thing I bring wall receptors. We weren't there for very long, so not much to comment on.

Staff was over and above helpful and kind. I left an item in the room after we left and called. They had it put back and mailed it to me the next work day. The lady at the breakfast area had the tables and counters spotless, she was a joy to speak to, very friendly to everyone. The items for breakfast were not the usual bland eggs, everything tasted wonderful.

Little outdated.

We slept really well in the bed and enjoyed the breakfast! Staff was great, friendly, and helpful. We will be back!

We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t available. Also the tv was very difficult to use and we couldn’t turn it on or manage the volume using the remote. We had success with the buttons on the side and finally getting the guide to come up with the remote!

The staff was extremely efficient and very friendly. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was ready when advertised and was adequate for a quick bite before driving home.

There was a strange smell in the hallway, but my room was fine. The heating/cooling unit was a little noisy, but it is in most hotels so that is nothing out of the ordinary.
