We were iffy about staying here due to it being considered a “2 star” hotel. But honestly, i enjoyed staying here! It’s cute on the outside. The inside is a little outdated BUT that didn’t matter to us. It was a good place to stay, it wasn’t “over the top” but it was nice. It had everything we needed. It sucked the pool was being renovated but the staff called ahead of time to let us know before committing on payments. Which I liked about them! The hotel was clean, it could use some adjustments but again, nothing major. The staff there was what made our time more enjoyable! From pulling in and a very nice guy shoveling a pathway for people to get out of their cars, to the woman talking to us late at night while our 2 year old was fighting sleep! If we were in the area again, we wouldn’t mind coming back! My girls loved the fact they also had fresh fruit and a good selection of food for breakfast!

The only thing we didn’t like is the beds were a little hard but, for a firm bed I sure did sleep pretty good compared to most hotels we had stayed at. their pillows probably made up for it as they were pretty comfy!

From my arrival until I checked out, my three-night stay was an enjoyable and pleasant one. I was impressed by the prompt and attentive service—everything was handled smoothly. I appreciated how well-maintained and spotless the facilities were. I stayed in their very roomy King Suite that was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and fresh linens. The complimentary breakfast offering had a great variety and really set the tone for a good day. Other amenities on the premises such as the pool and gym area were easily assessable with flexible times. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions and convenient for getting around the city either by car and/or by foot. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Renee at the front desk. Her personality as well as her presents made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

There was nothing to report that I didn't like.

Looked like a non descript hotel but the staff did such a great job taking it up a notch! They were friendly, had fresh baked cookies waiting for us at the front desk, and had directions to our volleyball tournament already printed and ready to go. They told us that even though breakfast opened up at 7, we were allowed to be in there early if we needed to and they could likely accomodate us. I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a property for my kids' sporting events that made us feel more welcome.

I'm allergic to dog hair, they are pet friendly, I'm guessing this because I have seen a guest with a dog once, we had my nephew with us on this trip and had to use the fold out couch, there was a few dog hairs on the bed when we folded it out. That was the first time we ever found pet hair in the 6 years of staying here.

This was conveniently located close to Roscoe Village and close to the highway. The staff was very friendly all around. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The next morning we were welcomed to a very nice spread for breakfast. From the standard waffle machine, eggs and potatoes, to the cold cereal, yogurt, pastries and breads for toasting. Checkout was a breeze at the front desk. Planning on going back in the future.

Our door to the room was a little finicky to close, but we told the front desk and they were putting in a work order. It wasn’t a big inconvenience.

Very quiet. Nice clean room. And they added microwave popcorn to the complimentary coffee and tea in the room. We thought that was a very nice touch. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Plenty of selection and good food. Started our day off very nice. Pool was nice with a hot tub / jacuzzi. We stayed in a Jacuzzi room but really it was more of a whirlpool tub really too small for two people but it was nice. It filled quickly with plenty of hot water and was very relaxing.

The bed was too hard for our liking. But it was big and clean. Also the bathroom, although large and the shower quite nice, the sink was small with no vanity. Just a couple of shelves to the side which I guess served as the vanity but they were narrow and small. TV service had a very small selection of channels. Would have been nice to have better service for the TV.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She let us check in early and we had a great room. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice. We swam and used the hot tub and it was terrific.

The location is a bit close to traffic and it was a bit noisy but everything else was great.

Their indoor pool is being renovated. We were traveling with our grandkids and they were very disappointed. The staff gave us a Jacuzzi tub room and a roll away to help the kids “swim” without the pool, which worked!

The breakfast was Amazing, the location was great! We loved the pool/hot tub and had the most amazing check in front Renae (I do apologize if I spelled her name wrong)! She was so outgoing and kind, thank you for being so sweet & thoughtful!! Will definitely be back

I liked how convenient the location was to our event. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the very nice hot breakfast each day.

The showerhead was low, so for a tall person, it was not the most comfortable when washing my hair. Also, the mattress was very firm, and that wasn't comfortable.
