I have traveled a great deal in my lifetime and I can’t remember when I have had a more pleasant stay anywhere. The owners were the most compassionate and caring people I have ever encountered. I will stay there everytime I am in that area. They made us feel like their family. May God bless them forever!!

I really don’t know of anything that needed improvement. Like I said, the owners are amazing people!!

Property is close to the highway. The front desk clerk, which I believe was the owner, was very friendly and wonderful to deal with.

The only thing that bothered me was the carpets really need to be replaced. There was an odor in the room which definitely came from them. Could also use better pillows and towels.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was close enough to the Amish area we were visiting without the expensive room rates of the ones that were closer. The owner was also very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The location was perfect for us; it was centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and reasonable for the price. The beds were very comfortable and mattresses zipped in mattress bags.

Description on Booking.com was not the room that was reserved. We had to pay an extra $10 to get the room we THOUGHT we had reserved. I suggest taking a screenshot of the room description when you reserve your room.

The new owner is courteous and helpful. Everything from the exterior to the lobby/breakfast area to guest rooms were very clean and inviting. The breakfast equipment looked brand new. I'll stay there again.

Location is quiet and even though the hotel is outdated our room was very clean and quiet. Loved the jacuzzi and the little town of newcomerstown is a neat place to drive to.

The breakfast was not that great but hey we only paid a little over a 100 for a room with a jacuzzi so I wasn't expecting much.

Location was very convenient. Staff was exceptional. All the amenities were there.

Housecleaning could pay a little more attention to the corners. But on the whole was clean.

the property was very clean, just outdated. The owner was very nice. We were in the area to explore Amish Country and so this place was a great bargain. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room when we weren’t going to be there a lot.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. They did have a waffle maker and cereal. I’m not sure if they have an on-site kitchen so that may be why it was so small. I’d suggest adding muffins or yogurt. Other small things to give more of a variety.

The property is in a great location. Under new ownership for the past two years, it’s gone through some renovation and is still going through more. Very comfortable rooms, clean, breakfast included. The staff was extremely friendly, caring, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

I can’t say there was anything I did not like.
