SHOWER AND BATH WERE NICE AND LARGE. NO NOISE FROM STREET WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. BED VERY COMFORTABLE AND NOT ONE THAT WAS HIGH OFF THE FLOOR. POOL LOOKED CLEAN AND INVITING BUT DUE TO A MEDICAL PROCEEDURE I WAS UNABLE TO UTILIE IT.

THE PARKING LOT AROUND THE BUILDING WAS TERRIBLE WITH MANY RUTS AND POT HOLES. PEOPLE COMING FOR BREAKFAST AFTER 8:15 DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SYRUP, WAFFLE BATTER, MUFFINS (TOAST) OR NAPKINS. ATTENDANT TRIED TO GET INTO THE CABINETS TO GET SUPPLIES BUT NONE OF THE KEYS WOULD WORK, AND THEY DID NOT REFILL ANY ITEMS THAT WERE LOW. A FAMILY OF 5 KIDS AND PARENTS HAD TO CUT THINGS IN HALF JUST TO GET SOMETHING FOR EACH OF THE CHILDREN TO EAT. I WAS ABLE TO DAIN OUT A LITTLE SYRUP FROM THE CONTINER AND SHARED IT WITH TWO FAMILIES THAT CAME IN. NO BOWLS FOR CEREAL AND MILK WAS GONE. BOTTLES IN SHOWER WERE VERY HARD FOR ME TO GET ANYTHING OUT OF AS THEY WERE STIFF AND MY ARTHRITIS IN MY FINGERES WOULDN'T LET ME SQUEEZE THEM HARD ENOUGH TO GET THE SOAP OR SHAMPOO OUT.

Breakfast not that good. Ran out of some things, students came in & a man brought more food out for them. An elderly couple came in & she ended up with cold cereal & a yogurt. I ate a waffle, that did not completely cook, a bit of gravy & a cup of terrible decaf coffee. My husband ate eggs that were ok, a waffle, similar to mine. His coffee was ok. Not the worst hotel breakfast we have had.

Our bathroom sink did not drain well. Needs attention & we told the lady at check out.

We ended up checking in late one night The older woman at the desk was very nice very down to earth. We asked for a late checkout the next day and without a problem we were granted it. We ended up staying a couple days because I wasn't feeling well and everyone was very nice never hassled us never gave us a problem but we stuck to ourselves also. The breakfast was good they don't have much to work with but what they had we enjoyed. I would definitely go back and stay at this little hotel on the hilltop!!

very clean and welcoming lobby and staff. morning breakfast was nice too. we travel with a dog and it was so nice to have a grassy area right outside our door for the dog to use. thank you

broken ice machine was a bit inconvenient. they had to go to a convenient store and buy ice.

On a nice hill with a great view, good couple stores and food nearby. Cheap rooms and the bed was comfortable. The hill keeps you up away from the parkway so it wasn't noisy. Microwave and mini fridge. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Convenient to route. Good selection of restaurants nearby.

Bathroom was small. Toilet paper was not perforated to easily tear into sections. TV remote was hard to use (low battery and/or buttons wearing out). Some TV channels did not come in (freezing and breaking up), probably a cable service issue.

The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful! Remote in 114 was broke.

The barking dog next door, and the disrespect people stomping and being loud above us. Very disrespectful!!!!

Cleanliness, friendly staff, tastefully appointed rooms; amazing value I have stayed here a couple of times a year for decades and I am never disappointed

The room was good. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room when the hotel clearly had many rooms available. For just me, it was fine. If I was traveling with anyone I would have asked for another room.

The staff is outstanding,friendly,welcoming...especially Terry It's a great convenient value
