Breakfast was THE VERY BEST and far exceeded my expectations. Tonya was cooking and went above and beyond in how helpful she was. I honestly couldn’t believe how delicious things were. The beds were really comfortable as well and the front desk check in and check out process a breeze.

Things were a little loud, but this was mostly due to the people above us and then lots of talking in the courtyard outside our room - the noise really carries. I wish there was a place to refill our water bottles - looked like there should have been a container in the lobby but it was empty. I also wish there were luggage racks but otherwise things were great!

The staff and facilities were wonderful. We appreciated how kind and accommodating the front desk staff were. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The room we booked was not actually the room that we got. We were told that it was an issue with booking.com which is the company we rented the room through. The staff at the hotel did what they could to accommodate our needs and make the available room work for us, but it was disappointing to not get the room we were expecting.

The breakfast was the most amazing we have ever had in any hotel. The beds and pillows were very very comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub we're both very spacious and nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We will be going back to stay there again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for giving us a very much needed andwonderful stay😊

Honestly there's not anything that I can say that we was unhappy with.

Clean! Clean! Clean! My main priority!! Rooms were updated, bathrooms were nice, the fully offered shampoo, lotions, shower gel etc..I LOVED that! The offer of firm or soft pillows, LOVED that! Staff very friendly, lobby was beautiful, breakfast had a lot to offer! And eas well set up and clean!

Handicap parking is to far from the door, and not enough if it, my husband had to walk a good distance every night and he uses a walker. The pop machines didn't work.

It was pretty clean. The breakfast was good! Many options. They were in the middle of remodeling. So the room I specifically reserved was unavailable. As they had rented them all out ahead of me somehow. I am not sure how that is possible seeing as how I got there right before 3:00pm, which is when check in starts. I mentioned maybe I shouldn't be paying the same rate then, but she said that booking.com would make that adjustment. I am a taller fellow, so the king was what I wanted to accommodate my length. Instead we ended up with two queens...

Didn’t eat breakfast. The black girl (i’m black but this is not a racially motivated reference) was tremendous. As an ambassador for your hotel, she’s one of the BEST I’ve EVER seen in greeting me, cordiality, professionalism…!! I’ve traveled more than 50 countries around the world and have stayed in some of the worst some of the best hotels in the world. But, this girl (young lady) was: “DANGEROUS”!!! She greeted me like I was her first customer, the first day, of the first week, of the first year of her sitting behind that desk. She needs to be promoted & given a raise IMMEDIATELY!!!

The fringe elements of the hotel could’ve been cleaner and paid more attention to

We were across the hall from the laundry and elevators on the first floor and could hear staff if the hallway starting at 6:00 am greeting guests coming down for breakfast and talking amongst themselves rather loudly. It woke us up and kept us from getting a good night’s rest. Other than that we had no complaints. I will stay again but request a room far from the common areas.

Clean and friendly staff

My only feedback would be. Starting early in the morning, the housekeeping staff is very loud. The adjacent room’s doors continually slam as the staff is in and out of rooms. Also, the volume of their conversations in the hallway is very loud and we were woken up in the early side of the 7am hour every morning of our stay. That being said. I would stay there again.

They have an amazing Breakfast Bar. The beds are very comfortable. The Swimming Pool and Hot Tub are very nice. We really enjoyed the Hot Tub ☺️. Staff friendly and helpful. We will be staying again in the future.

Can't honestly think of anything we didn't like about our stay.

The most important was that I slept all night, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and I felt safe coming into the building at 2:00 in the morning.

Having better settings on the air conditioner. It would blow extremely cold than would stop and just do it all night long.
