The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us privacy and brought us fresh towels and changed our bins every day at around 9-10am, but you have to ask for toiletries when they come, I forgot to ask for tp but had some stashed for our camp trip. There was a fridge and microwave in our room, which they mentioned came in all their rooms. Bed was comfy and lots of protective layers. Room came with a few basic toiletries. Lots of storage drawers and tables, a movable chair. Air conditioner was nice. NO BUGS AT ALL-was very relieved. Late checkout is noon. Early check in is 1-2 pm. They have a coffee bar and supposedly complimentary breakfast but did not try this amenity out.

2 floors and hallway is NOT air-conditioned. Lots of stains on sheets and towels but smelled clean of bleach. Interesting stains on walls-especially interesting when above head height. Sheets didn't fit all that well on beds. Tap water smelled clean but drain smelled horrible, not sure if it was because toilet waste drain and sink drain are connected but it smelled like...well you know. Would not recommend drinking tap water at this hotel but shower was decent and clean.

The staff were lovely! Very helpful.

SECURITY l. When we arrived, there was a violent situation in the parking lot. It was obvious this “family” had been on the property for many hours -their belongings were scattered across the area. I immediately said something to the front desk. The attendant said something about “we asked them to leave but they wouldn’t go.” These folks were hitting each other, chasing each other, and yelling foul language. The police should have been called from the get-go!!! My friend and I remained nervous throughout our stay because of what we had seen.

Everything was pretty enjoyable. Found out I needed a firmer bed, cuz now my back feels GREAT after my stay!

I defeinitely expected there to be more of a breakfast, but I was definitely heading out to get food instead of staying in the hotel in the morning.

room seemed updated and clean.

breakfast selection was limited to cereal and Toast with milk or juice , nothing hot was available. Door leading to 2nd floor didn't lock, not a big deal, but did allow Access without keycard, possible security issue for Women or Families .

My family stayed here during a "housing transition" Super comfortable beds! I loved that our room was clean when we left and returned. We stayed for two nights, I rather enjoy this hotel compared to other more expensive ones. I felt right at home. I would come back in the future. Thank you.

The lady at the front desk was SUPER sweet and helpful. Room was very clean and we had access to multiple restaurants and stores within just five minutes.

The people in the next room were so loud and obnoxious. Had me up all throughout the night. But this obviously wasn’t the fault of staff.

Reasonable priced for the location. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about, but it's still something that most have cut back on since Covid struck.

we are tournament fishermen and go early to the lake. 6.30 is too late for us. Fresh coffee would have been nice. liked the first floor smoking room. We are both handicapped. It was easy to plug in our boat for recharging.

no good coffee pot in my room. Noisy neighbors.

Slept good and had a nice shower in the morning.

Wouldn't have minded staying a bit longer, but the latest check out was 11AM.

I have stayed here before, it's ok but there's other choices in the area that are a better value....and nicer.
