A nice and clean hotel conveniently located near the highway. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring modern bathroom fittings. The breakfast is decent. Overall, the hotel appears to be very new and well-maintained.

The hotel is located next to a very busy road, and the soundproofing was not sufficient to block out the 24/7 traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, there was a very bright light from the plaza next to the hotel. This could have been resolved by using the window shutters, but unfortunately, I only discovered them the next morning. However, even with the shutters closed, they didn’t help much in reducing the noise.

Property is new and everything was great. Pool under construction so not open. Looked as though it’s more of last touches being made. Lobby very clean and a few things my kids got to enjoy. Nice selection for breakfast. The ladies at the desk when we checked in were very kind! And anyone at the desk we came in contact were very friendly. As for noise we only heard a sirens from emergency vehicles and that was it. Otherwise it was quiet. The hotel very clean and for the most part quiet. The only thing is the only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor. But the hotel is still in the works but honestly didn’t bother us with going down to get ice or anything. I do really wish there was a microwave in the room or at least somewhere on each floor bc that would have been less hassle. But otherwise all was great and def will be back! I did visit another tru in the area to meet up with friends and I will say this one was quiet compared to the other location.

How modern it was, the pancake maker😊, positive sayings throughout the hotel, nice pool, good coffee and that it was free all day.

The temperature control in the rooms. If you wanted it to be cooler, it would run the air and when it got too cool, it would run the heat, making it too cold or too hot. It never shut off. We ended up shutting it off completely in the middle of the night. That made it stuffy in there but better than the alternative

Brand new and clean. The lobby area was great. Games were available to play in the area. Great outside area to socialize

For some reason the wind was blowing and it made a howling, whirling sound in the room. I believe it was coming through the wall mounted ac unit. Just confused why they installed the shower valve opposite of the shower head. When you open the shower door you can’t turn on the shower. You have to be in the shower to turn it on

The property itself was wonderful, we have previously stayed at Tru locations but this one was less busy at the time of our visit and we honestly loved that. The staff member who helped us at check in ( Kyle ) was amazing.

The construction in the area made it rather difficult to turn in and out of the property, but that is not the hotel staffs fault. The parking lot is set up somewhat weird as well.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The pool was smaller but perfect for the kids.

The beds were pretty firm which is not my preference. I struggled to sleep due to this. I also saw a struggle between two people outside in the road after dark which made me nervous with just my kids and I. Once I was back in the hotel I felt safe however.

The rooms were nice, clean, and ready for us by check in. Everything smelled nice and getting the tv to work was not a hassle like some other hotels.

The location was a little sketchy but it worked out well with the event we were going to. I was also told about receiving my deposit back after my stay. It’s been a few days and still haven’t gotten anything back with no explanation!

The vibe of the hotel was very interesting. It felt almost like some sort of hyped-up health spa. Eating breakfast and listening to EDM was a new experience for me. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Great shower! Definitely an interesting stay.

There was no microwave in the room, the room was small, and there was no hot tub. But nothing that deterred me from enjoying my stay.

The breakfast was fine. The location will be better once the road construction is completed. The workout room was nice, especially the Peloton. The room was comfortable.

The air conditioner system might need some adjusting. The set temperature seemed to fluctuate. The curtains were difficult to close using the chain. It was very stiff, and the chains were difficult to grasp.

Everything was actually perfect and I judge pretty hard on hotels. Having a cleaning company and high attention to detail I love to try and find what's dirty in those rooms and let me tell you , I found nothing.... it was amazing. The bed and pillows were great as well.

Forced me to use card to pay not allowing cash payment as I wanted.
