A nice and clean hotel conveniently located near the highway. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring modern bathroom fittings. The breakfast is decent. Overall, the hotel appears to be very new and well-maintained.

The hotel is located next to a very busy road, and the soundproofing was not sufficient to block out the 24/7 traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, there was a very bright light from the plaza next to the hotel. This could have been resolved by using the window shutters, but unfortunately, I only discovered them the next morning. However, even with the shutters closed, they didn’t help much in reducing the noise.

Property is new and everything was great. Pool under construction so not open. Looked as though it’s more of last touches being made. Lobby very clean and a few things my kids got to enjoy. Nice selection for breakfast. The ladies at the desk when we checked in were very kind! And anyone at the desk we came in contact were very friendly. As for noise we only heard a sirens from emergency vehicles and that was it. Otherwise it was quiet. The hotel very clean and for the most part quiet. The only thing is the only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor. But the hotel is still in the works but honestly didn’t bother us with going down to get ice or anything. I do really wish there was a microwave in the room or at least somewhere on each floor bc that would have been less hassle. But otherwise all was great and def will be back! I did visit another tru in the area to meet up with friends and I will say this one was quiet compared to the other location.

-No enclosed (dresser / drawer / closet) storage in the room -No microwave in room -The view from our room was the back of a large billboard -Limited waste / garbage can space in room (they use these mini half recycle / half garbage cans that can hardly fit any waste in them at all). We had to use our own grocery bags or trash bags

How modern it was, the pancake maker😊, positive sayings throughout the hotel, nice pool, good coffee and that it was free all day.

The temperature control in the rooms. If you wanted it to be cooler, it would run the air and when it got too cool, it would run the heat, making it too cold or too hot. It never shut off. We ended up shutting it off completely in the middle of the night. That made it stuffy in there but better than the alternative

I loved the modern interior of the lobby. The first hotel we’ve stayed at where being in the lobby is not only encouraged but enjoyable. The amenities were all very enjoyable for our entire family.

The parking lot was a tad on the small side, we ended up having to park in the back of the hotel and walking in a side door a couple nights. We also didn’t love all the construction going on in front of the building.

The staff was very friendly. Not super professional but very nice. The hotel has a casual vibe - which is not a bad thing. It was really clean and a good value. There was construction right in front of the hotel and it was difficult to get into. They really need to install a red light as if you want to go left, you must cross multiple lanes of traffic on a super busy road.

The property itself was wonderful, we have previously stayed at Tru locations but this one was less busy at the time of our visit and we honestly loved that. The staff member who helped us at check in ( Kyle ) was amazing.

The construction in the area made it rather difficult to turn in and out of the property, but that is not the hotel staffs fault. The parking lot is set up somewhat weird as well.

We loved the breakfast. We also loved how quiet the hotel was at night. They offered a variety of activities like a pool table, a pool, a workout area, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Getting out of the hotel parking lot to broad street was hard to do, especially if you were going left on Broad St. It would help if they could get a traffic light there.

Brand new and clean. The lobby area was great. Games were available to play in the area. Great outside area to socialize

For some reason the wind was blowing and it made a howling, whirling sound in the room. I believe it was coming through the wall mounted ac unit. Just confused why they installed the shower valve opposite of the shower head. When you open the shower door you can’t turn on the shower. You have to be in the shower to turn it on

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The pool was smaller but perfect for the kids.

The beds were pretty firm which is not my preference. I struggled to sleep due to this. I also saw a struggle between two people outside in the road after dark which made me nervous with just my kids and I. Once I was back in the hotel I felt safe however.
