Value!! I loved the affordable price so close to the airport. I was expecting to pay a lot more being that the hotel was so close to the airport. But, I thought that I would go ahead and get prices and then work my way out. My 2 daughters were coming into town, but different days and different times. I live in Chillicothe, Ohio, so I didn't want to drive up and back twice. I was able to pick one of my daughters up at the airport and then it was a short drive to the Easton Mall, where we spent the day. Then the next day, I picked up my other daughter and drive home. The location is great being that it was so close to the airport and to the Easton Mall.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The location being so close to the airport was ideal for me as it was a last minute stay due to my travel itinerary being changed due to the weather. The shuttle going back to the airport in the morning was waiting for me. That was very nice! The front desk person was very friendly.

The shuttle to the hotel from the airport took quite a bit longer than anticipated and it was FREEZING outside while waiting! It took a bit to figure out the tv and there was no information in the room as far as food delivery and when I tried to call the front desk, the line always rang busy. That was inconvenient but I did manage.

Very clean. Quiet. Comfy beds. Great continental breakfast. Cute decor in the hallways and front desk. Extra special little touches to welcome you on arrival. We enjoyed watching the planes taking off when we were out in the parking lot. We never heard them in our room either! Pump dispenser soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Great value for all that was provided! Also, it was the perfect location from everything we needed to do in the area.

I booked this hotel for my mom and sister-in-law. It was an excellent option right close to the airport. Mom loved the room, the bed and the promptness of the shuttle operator. I helped them get checked in and the front desk attendant was fast and helpful.

I wish it had been a little less expensive but it worked out fine with all of the advantages and seemed a good bet for Mom.

We had a 5AM flight, so it was a fantastic option. Room was large with plenty of plugs. The shuttle took care of our very heavy bags. They have a park-sleep-fly arrangement which would save on parking fees, However, we were dropped off. It really is a 24hr place.. There just isn't any dinner within walking distance. At least not in the pouring rain.

I had booked through booking .com as this was my first time staying at this location so I was not able to leave my car at the hotel when I flew out for my trip because I didn't know it made a difference but in the future I will be booking through the hotel because that would have made things alot easier

Ha d to leave before breakfast.

I was planning to leave my car there, but was told that I went thru an outside source so I couldn't. I will never stay there again and will tell others about my experience. I wasn't th e only one that wanted to and couldn't.

The breakfast and location was very good.

There was no restaurant in the hotel and no area restaurants that delivered to the hotel. Had to go across the parking lot to Hilton gardens for an evening meal, which was mediocre for the price.

I could see that the staff took great care to keep the building and our room clean. Everyone was also friendly and ready to help, even at 4 am.

It was very enjoyable. The only problem is that sound traveled very easily and sometimes other visitors would shut their doors in the middle of the night and the sound was waking my friend and I up.

Day staff really nice and friendly. Lovely big room and bathroom. Wide selection of food.

Night staff not so friendly. Difficult to know there was a shuttle bus to the hotel. I found it by luck. Hot food didn’t look very appetising.
