Good location—clean, modern hotel and room (with ONE big exception).

1) When we first arrived, there was no one at the desk. Never had that happen before. We quickly found the clerk (getting ice in a utility room). She was dressed in a uniform like a hospital staff person and was extremely sullen. After multiple tries, I finally got a little tiny smile out of her. Not really my job though. 2) TOILET: The size of the toilet was ridiculously small—especially for a hotel. Especially for a fairly nice hotel. Sub-standard, from around 20 years ago. And I’m not a particularly larger person—a slim, 6 ft male.

I thought breakfast was good. I like the option of topping that were available. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate chips and whipped cream. I also appreciated the oatmeal topping options. I liked the space designated for eating your breakfast.

The waffle station was a little cramped in the corner and cause me to block people trying to get milk. The juice machine was also broken (though I don't drink juice). Having the coffee station near the elevator was a little off, if that could be moved closer to the food that would have been nice. The ironing board was missing a leg and the rail in the bathroom under the towel shelf was not secured.

Location was convenient to the airport, which also means the "occasional" sound of airplanes overhead. Nothing terrible IMO. Convenient to my work location of New Albany with many options to eat or shop nearby. Suite was spacious and very comfortable and clean. Included amenities were good. Kitchenette is nice.

Room #228 The plumbing worked fine BUT the entire sink water handle rotated when trying to turn it for hot, or cold water. Kind of had to hold the base while turning the top. Shower had similar issue and a very small portion of exposed copper pipe. Not terrible. The toilet struggled to flush every time. that was kind of terrible.

I love the fact the shuttle bus came to the airport to pick me up. That's a plus for the hotel for sure. Because I was thinking of a plan to get to the hotel. Appreciate it very much. The drivers was super nice, respectful and friendly. I didn't receive breakfast because my flight left early the next morning. I love the hotel room. Price was great! Everything was clean,neat and nice. The other employees were great also! Took care of everything for ME! On time about everything I asked for and needed,even when leaving. THANKS SO MUCH! Keep up the amazing work.

Everything was GREAT!

This is a fabulous hotel, we only stayed one night chosen originally for its closeness to the airport, the room was beautiful, the bed so comfortable and the staff at the hotel were awesome. We took our hire car back the day we arrived at the hotel and they organised there shuttle to pick us up from the hire car place, we booked there shuttle for 6am the next day to the airport and it was waiting for us at 5.50am. Beautiful hotel offering top notch hospitality.

I loved how inviting the inside was upon arrival. Every staff member I came across was friendly, accommodating, and so nice! I loved the smell upon entering the room, it smelled clean and fresh and made the room look even better! No issue with anything being dirty or looking worn or anything.

I didn't like that I had to get into the shower to turn it on because the knob is on the opposite wall of the sliding shower door. There wasn't much storage space for luggage and clothing.

The staff was amazing. The building was clean. The room was clean. Didn't run out of hot water during shower.

The room did not cool off like we wanted. It didn't get cold in there at all, as it should of when we turned the thermostat down. I like a cold room when sleeping and that made it rough. Patio furniture was covered in bird poop etc. Couldn't sit on any of it.

2nd time here in past week for overnight stays after and before flights. Pleasant staff, comfy rooms, good location near airport. In my review last week, I mentioned AC being an issue but we were in the same room for this stay and the AC was great.

Night shift. 1am sweetest nicest people. Most amazing breakfast setup I've seen. Waffle bar looks like an ice cream topping center. Bedroom nice little wet bar/ desk area nice pull out couch. The bed was soooo comfy!! I literally changed plans and I'm stay here again in 2 days . Fantastically amazing is my rating :)

Breakfast ends early lol not much to complain about definitely my new go to place :)

I loved my stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, well maintained and the rates were reasonable. The location was really convenient as it was closer to the airport. The staff was really Friendly and they were available 24 h.

The bathroom light had some issues
