The Staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The location: the hotel is very close to the airport and the city shopping center. The bed was comfortable, and the room in general was clean and well equipped.

Unfortunately it was noisy: the fridge and the heating made some noise, and you could hear people along the corridor and planes taking off. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional (not so many healthy and savoury choices) and there was too much disposable plastics.

There is construction in parking lot, so less parking available,can park at next hotel if full. The bed was too soft.The room was fine, but could use an update.

It was welcoming walking in the door. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had everything you needed for our stay. We used the pool which was clean, warm and very enjoyable. Also had the mornings breakfast which had a lot of options from omelets, waffles, potatoes, bacon and even chicken finger and much more. The entire stay was perfect and would 100% stay there again.

I was only there for a night , everything was fine the Airport is 5 min away , they make sure I made it to the Airport on time they paid an uber for you. The staff very friendly & polite , breakfast plenty to eat even though I didn't have time to seat an eat. They did their best to accommodate me. I will definitely stay there again & also tell my friends about it.

Other guest next to me was smoking pot in their room next to me and I could smell it in my room with the door closed. Also they partied most of the night even set a smoke alarm off at 230am. Wasn't happy about this. But the hotel was nice and comfortable.

The room layout and room kitchen and breakfast area were awesome

There was a strong smoke smell in the room. They came up and sprayed when I brought to their attention. The spray helped for a little while but think that room needs a complete airing and deodorizing.

The bed was so comfy and the pillows. I wish we could have slept the whole night but we have a very early flight. The room was big, clean and met expectations.

The area seemed a little sketchy and the parking lot had a lot of trash in it. I'm sure it's just the fact it's near the airport but for how nice the hotel is I was shocked at the just trash in the parking lot but if thats the worst I can say.

I was so impressed by this hotel - from check-in to breakfast. first time staying at this chain and will definitely choose this again.

We were on the first floor. The room directly above us sounded like it was hosting a dance competition. Not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit of an ordeal to get some quiet.
