It was lovely. The breakfast staff was so kind and chatted with us about local places we asked to see. The front desk person acted like she was not at work. When I asked her a question about ice she stuffed it off. I had to make her answer me. My partner also asked her if I could give a tip to breakfast attendant a tip (it was more generous than usual but she didn't know) she offered to take it, we declined, she said then we could use the app, we said we didn't know or want to do that and another breakfast server saw us and said I'll get whomever for us and she did. When we spoke to her coming and going she never spoke but was alwys on her phone looking at things and even at the desk talking to her I could see the videos and such she was watching while helping.

The staff were super friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast selection and the info bulletin boards by the elevator were helpful and informative. Everything was very clean and fresh. They have a great variety of games in the billiard area of the lobby for all ages.

My only issues were the super soft pillows and mattress on our bed. I had to use 3 to sleep because my neck kept bending backwards. The mattress on our bed must have been rather broken in because it had no support and it made it quite uncomfortable to sleep through the night.

The property was very nice and clean. The location is convenient. The continental breakfast was very nice. They have a pool table in the lounge along with board games available to play. Kind of reminds me of a college dorm. The staff is was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. I really like that you can check in and out of your room with the Hilton app and the app contains a digital key to unlock the room. Very easy and convenient!

The only negative was the towels were not clean. There was a green stain on one of the towels. Pretty gross. Other than that everything was good.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The facility was modern and well kept. The beds were comfortable, firm but not too firm. The room was quiet, considering it was next to the airport, and we did not hear other guests around us, while in our room.

The electric blackout blinds in our room did not work. We had to have the maintenance man fix them multiple times so we could let light in to the room, but it never worked properly while we were there for 5 days. The handicap accessible shower drained onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use multiple towels to dry the floor every time we took a shower. There are no closets in the rooms, only a small 10" wide cubby and some hooks on the wall to hang clothes, and the bathroom counter space is very minimal, especially when two people use the room.

Breakfast attendant was very rude and not helpful. The butter, peanut butter and jelly were all out. My husband reached into the cupboard and put out some of each. The attendant yelled at him for opening the cupboard. We were not putting handfuls of peanut butter in our bag. We were simply getting one for breakfast. She did not need to act in that manner when it was a simple act to move along with the day.

Going to tru Hilton is like coming home. We arrived and Sierra was working the night shift. I said, “hi honey, we’re home”. She remembered us from 5 weeks previously when we were in Columbus to pick up our God daughter. She even commented on how tan she was (we live in AZ). All the staff is so friendly, always smiling and friendly, helpful. And, constantly cleaning. I love the Columbus airport tru Hilton.

Close to food places and most important coffee. Staff was friendly.

I read a review prior to the stay and i laughed because they complained about the bed frames sticking out. Little did i know i would become a bed frame victim, they stick out so much i hit my knee so hard it tore my pants and made my knee bleed. Breakfast was just ok. The worst part was parking. The hotel was booked solid and there was zero spots. I had to park along the side of the sidewalk and hope it didnt get hit by morning.

Daughter had an orientation at OSU, and although not that close to campus, only 15 minutes away. The price couldn't be beat and it was an excellent value for what other hotels in Columbus were charging. Very clean, free parking, two queen beds, included good breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Very clean and friendly staff. Walk-in shower and comfortable desk and chair. Huge TV, refrigerator and plenty of outlets. I did not take advantage of the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice selection. Nice area, a few restaurants nearby.

The bed was too hard for me. The door to the room was very heavy and I actually had some trouble opening it.

DaJaun Brooks, who works at the front desk goes above and beyond to be helpful, professional, kind, and friendly. He is an exemplary employee. Please consider giving him a raise. Julie Freeman

The heater/air conditioner makes so much noise, it is difficult to get a decent nights sleep - even when you put the fan on. Otherwise, the accommodations are really nice.
