It was lovely. The breakfast staff was so kind and chatted with us about local places we asked to see. The front desk person acted like she was not at work. When I asked her a question about ice she stuffed it off. I had to make her answer me. My partner also asked her if I could give a tip to breakfast attendant a tip (it was more generous than usual but she didn't know) she offered to take it, we declined, she said then we could use the app, we said we didn't know or want to do that and another breakfast server saw us and said I'll get whomever for us and she did. When we spoke to her coming and going she never spoke but was alwys on her phone looking at things and even at the desk talking to her I could see the videos and such she was watching while helping.

The staff were super friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast selection and the info bulletin boards by the elevator were helpful and informative. Everything was very clean and fresh. They have a great variety of games in the billiard area of the lobby for all ages.

My only issues were the super soft pillows and mattress on our bed. I had to use 3 to sleep because my neck kept bending backwards. The mattress on our bed must have been rather broken in because it had no support and it made it quite uncomfortable to sleep through the night.

The property was very nice and clean. The location is convenient. The continental breakfast was very nice. They have a pool table in the lounge along with board games available to play. Kind of reminds me of a college dorm. The staff is was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. I really like that you can check in and out of your room with the Hilton app and the app contains a digital key to unlock the room. Very easy and convenient!

The only negative was the towels were not clean. There was a green stain on one of the towels. Pretty gross. Other than that everything was good.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The facility was modern and well kept. The beds were comfortable, firm but not too firm. The room was quiet, considering it was next to the airport, and we did not hear other guests around us, while in our room.

The electric blackout blinds in our room did not work. We had to have the maintenance man fix them multiple times so we could let light in to the room, but it never worked properly while we were there for 5 days. The handicap accessible shower drained onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use multiple towels to dry the floor every time we took a shower. There are no closets in the rooms, only a small 10" wide cubby and some hooks on the wall to hang clothes, and the bathroom counter space is very minimal, especially when two people use the room.

Close to food places and most important coffee. Staff was friendly.

I read a review prior to the stay and i laughed because they complained about the bed frames sticking out. Little did i know i would become a bed frame victim, they stick out so much i hit my knee so hard it tore my pants and made my knee bleed. Breakfast was just ok. The worst part was parking. The hotel was booked solid and there was zero spots. I had to park along the side of the sidewalk and hope it didnt get hit by morning.

DaJaun Brooks, who works at the front desk goes above and beyond to be helpful, professional, kind, and friendly. He is an exemplary employee. Please consider giving him a raise. Julie Freeman

The heater/air conditioner makes so much noise, it is difficult to get a decent nights sleep - even when you put the fan on. Otherwise, the accommodations are really nice.

I loved how clean everything is...and the beds were SUPER comfortable which was very important for me since im 8months pregnant. I also really liked the lemon body wash they have in the shower.

I didn't like that i couldn't make the room colder. I put the thermostat on 65 but it was still warm in here. I was sweating in my sleep.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I especially appreciated the smart TV so we were able to log into streaming services. There was coffee and tea available in the lobby all day (but it was hotel coffee so keep realistic expectations as far as the quality goes). The woman that was running the breakfast was an absolute Rockstar, she made a point to check in with every guest to make sure they had everything they wanted. She was actually the only staff member that acknowledged us our whole stay, outside of check in and out.

My only complaint is that the majority of the staff (other than the woman running the breakfast, who was an absolute gem and I feel terrible for not catching her name) didn't seem thrilled to be there. It makes me wonder if the working conditions are poor for the employees. There was a lot of standing around, chatting amongst themselves or texting. To me, that's not a big issue. I would say we had a really great stay.

This hotel chain is absolutely fabulous with wonderful amenities! The value is unbeatable. I really enjoy the free breakfast and the supply of water is a major plus. LOVE this chain and I will stay anytime I have an opportunity!

The staff was not friendly at all! There were only two friendly staff members out of the five that I encountered. If they had better staff this hotel would’ve got a 10 out of 10 for sure.

The decor was great. Real clean and nice. They did end up having a pool even thought their site and on here says it doesn’t.

Not all the staff knows how much the deposit is. I was lucky to get a gentleman who let me still stay even though I was told the deposit was $50 total for a weekend. It’s actually $50 a night. The breakfast can be a bit better, and also the restaurant and bar does not exist at this location.
