Location is very convenient. Breakfast and managers reception are delicious and plentiful. Almost all staff were super friendly especially front desk, omelet station, and room housekeeping. Room well laid out and comfortable and quiet for sleeping even when halls were filled with loud hyper kids.

The shower curtain would not close and so showers were cold and uncomfortable. Hot tub broken. Pool way too crazy with unchaperoned, over the top wild children. Breakfast not frequently enough restocked, cleaned, or staffed for how many people were there this weekend. Elevators not sufficiently working to handle so many guests.

Breakfast buffet had good variety of items to choose from. Omelets were exceptional. Liked that it was open until 10:30. We have stayed there when we have flights and staff is very accommodating Shuttle service is efficient and helpful.. Leaving our car there is an added bonus. We will always plan our air trips out of Columbus with them

Grass was cut while we were gone and clippings were sprayed on our car and dried. But nothing that a wash wouldn't take care of

Everything was great! It was clean, location was great and breakfast was delicious.

When I checked in the First Lady I met was very rude. She couldn’t find my reservation at first so I searched for my email confirmation. When I had it and shower her, she just started telling me about the WiFi and what time breakfast started. I asked did she need my email, she said no, I have your reservation pulled up. Also my room was never cleaned and I was there three nights. I had to go to the front desk each time to ask for clean towels and rags.

The hotel was wonderful,the staff was friendly and greeted you with a word smile. Their was plenty of room in the lounge for people to sit and not feel like you were on top of one another. The room was spacious and very clean. We did have a problem with the heat, and I had to call the front desk. They were able to send maintenance up right away and were able to fix the problem within 25 minutes. This was at 10:00pm so I was very impressed that they had someone on site. Overall excellent hotel and will definitely stay again.

clean room spacious location close to the airport and the premium outlet mall breakfast with a cooked omelette delicious and a lot of continental breakfast items , oatmeal coffee tea milk the breakfast was good, the evening snack and drink we were surprised that an hotel can offer complimentary drinks and snacks. our stay was great

Room was really clean and plenty of room. Building felt safe and that was nice. Breakfast in the morning was good and the host was great. She always had a smile and was very helpful. Check out was easy.

Check in person wasn't very personable. She should learn to smile a little bit. She wasn't rude to me. She seemed like just process this guy and move on.

We love this hotel At check in the took of my card 547.00 The next day the charge me 144.00 Them at check out the charge me 497.00 This is unacceptable and everyone who I spoke with could not explain why and it will be resolved but why and we paid at check in other than that beautiful Have to see when I will get my money and who going to pay overdraft fee

Had to be at the airport at 4am. Location was close. They provided a shuttle and let me leave my car there with no extra charge. Happy hour was enjoyed by my husband. Ate in their restaurant and food was good. Will stay there again if I need to. Staff was helpful and friendly

Since we had to leave early for our plane we didn't get to eat their breakfast buffet. Think it was more than continental.

breakfast is awesome . night time snack was laid out some pretty .. I got a free mix drink that was sweet. . the setup of the room love it. The beds were very comfortable. I like that the bedrooms were separated from other area.

but they must have been party there there is tape on the ceilings and on the wall that wasn't cleaned up. It was hard to get towels but the hotel was packed with a lot of people for competitions so I understood that It was hard to keep the towels coming. The couch had stains I actually try to clean the spots It didn't work. couple big stands on the carpet. the pool was not clean but then we found out somebody through a plant in there so that's what happened there I didn't go back and look when the pool was reopened

Location was great. Complimentary snacks and breakfast were great! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms could be better maintained. Our room must have needed the door painted but they only did a small, uneven section and you could visibly see it. Just made the room feel sloppy. A couple other minor things also but overall loved our stay
