Super clean, smelled good, friendly staff, good breakfast, they sell waters, Gatorade’s, snacks. Bathrooms have DOVE products! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion! Forgot your toothbrush and toothpaste? They got it! Just ask for it at lobby and it’s free of charge! I would definitely stay here again! Very satisfied with my stay here. Neighborhood not the best but we didn’t get bothered by anyone and the parking lot is gated here.

It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my soap, and they have Dove products in the rooms which was a plus, as well as, complimentary toiletries if you forgot one.

The only thing was the signs in the parking lot, the lobby, the way coming in to the hotel, that you should take everything out of your vehicle. You can really get the vibe that the hotel has theft problem in the area. Thankfully nothing was stolen from me.

I liked that the hotel was close to the downtown Columbus area. 11 minutes tops, there was construction going on in the area, but it didn't hinder getting to and from my destinations.

Small electrical problem in room. I was offered a room change. However, I declined due to the comfortability of my room. The staff were made aware. They were very friendly and apologetic. Chanel, Asst. GM and her staffing team are to be commended for their genuine efforts to make adjustments to satisfy my needs. Thank You Very Much. Holiday Inn Express. 😊

The breakfast was hot and as fresh as could be. The lady attendent was very friendly and helpful. She constantly cleaned the countertops.

The pancake and waffle machines were broken. We did not have towel bars in the room, none. Zero.

We didn't stay here- I mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong hotel and called this hotel and they fixed it. Beyond grateful for the help. My son wanted a pool for his birthday and they didn't have one. I couldn't afford to pay for 2 rooms. Just thank you so much

Staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly

My husband is handicap and uses a walker and or cane . They put us on the 4 floor and the power went out . My husband had to walk up 4 flights of stairs 2 times very inconvenient. The power was out about 4 hours

I loved my room it was very nice somewhat clean .

I did not enjoy seeing people hanging out outside the hotel who we're also staying there also my lines were dirty also the gym was dirty it was soda cans and chip bag all over the place.

I liked the young lady Brittany at this location. She was great to work with and has an Amazing attitude!!! I would definitely stay here again.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

We really enjoyed the beds, they were very comfy. The location wasn't bad either. It was close to the stadium.

Our toilet constantly ran and there were red stains in the floor.

The breakfast was fantastic every day I was there. The staff was exceptional from the person at the desk to the security guys. I would like to mention a couple of staff members that made my trip up to columbus to be with my husband that is dying, he was at Ohio State University Medical Center. They are Chanel, Josezzta, Giavonna, Shawanda, Debbie and Priscilla. Also the security staff that made me feel safe at 3am when I was in my car smoking a cigarette.
