the location was great, the rooms were clean and comfy.

the person checking us in was not very friendly to me, my fiance and the my daughter. I also told her that I wanted to use a different credit card than I booked the rooms with, I swiped the card twice; once for each room but she charged the card I said not to use. That was not very good for my bank account and why did I have to swipe the new card twice if she wasn't going to do what I asked? The breakfast was not the best at all and I have had several hot breakfasts, there was very limited choices and the waffle machines were not working right.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The shuttle was a great addition to our stay to get around. We didn't have to drive to the stadium or out to eat. We met several nice people and made new friends. It was a great stay and we will definetly stay there again.

The air condition leaked on the carpet in our room and our floor was very wet but we informed the front desk and maintenance came in and fixed it. They also made it right and compt us some points so that took care of it for us.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The only issue we encountered was the in room coffee maker and coffee. The tray that comes in the coffee pack was too small for the coffee maker. So we could not brew the coffee. Unfortunately we had to be at the hospital for my surgery before the breakfast area was open and had to get her coffee elsewhere. That was the only minor inconvenience.

The shuttle service to Schottenstein Center was awesome and so convenient! The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful. The front desk staff was also extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good too.

I didn't realize the refrigerator in the room had to be turned on (until the next morning when it was almost time to check out). I wish the curtains would close all the way. Our room was in the front and it would have been nice to shut out sunlight all the way while sleeping.

Breakfast was good, they had warm and cold options. I'm not a fan of turkey sausage, but it was filling anyway. The bed was very comfortable. They hadn't replenished towels but the staff was quick to fix that problem. We were just a short drive to the convention center and definitely enjoyed our stay!

The room was finished when we got there but it was quickly rectified.

The complimentary breakfast was really nice. It makes the trip more affordable since you don't have to go out. The free Shuttle service (which I hadn't realized they offered) was great. Again, making the trip more affordable, because I didn't need to pay for an Uber-type service. Staff was very friendly and room was VERY Nice!

I wish they had an active bar on premises. There was a bar area but no bartender. Maybe I just didn't hit it at the right times. I wish the exercise room was larger.

Generally upscale breakfast, clean, neat, social atmosphere, you could hang out in the breakfast area at all times.

I was double billed. I billed my room through booking.com, but then was charged again when I got there and can't straighten all of this out because it's two different cards and companies, I am so upset!

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast that was included was good value for the price. The rooms seemed up to date and offered reasonable amenities. I particularly enjoyed the washroom set up.

The breakfast offered compostable items which was great but did not offer recycling or compost options for disposal. The receptionists were quite short with me and the check in and check out process felt rushed and dismissive.

They have transportation to your event. For example OSU games, Schottenstein events, rock on the range....etc. came in real handy, but walking isn't a problem either. You are in walking distance to the stadium or Schottenstein events. Bob Evans and Roosters and other little shops and restaurants near your stay also.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast but I did like that there were healthier options too. Very clean

Renovations were going on while we were there but they weren't super disruptive to us. We stayed in a King suite and could've used a little more lighting in the "living" space.
