Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Serving staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless.

My room had a door that was shared with another room. My neighbors were loud and allowed their children to play in the hallway between the adjoining doors. When I arrived, Booking.com had apparently put my reservation under my first name instead of my last.

I love when they have fresh ice water with fresh fruit in it for the guests in the lobby. This place did but. There was no ice in it and all the lemons were just laying on the bottom. It tasted awful. The next morning I was hoping they had made fresh. But no. They just added water. No ice. And the lemon slices looked the same as the night before.

Nothing about the property that I didn’t like. However I didn’t like how expensive it was and I would assume it was up charged due to the Buckeye Country fest going on the same day we arrived. It seems all the hotels increased their price significantly.

When I checked in my request for two beds did not happen. I went to the room, found only one bed. I went back to the front desk and the problem was resolved immediately. Just wanted to let you know that it didn’t happen automatically, as requested. The only other issue is that only one of the two elevators were working. Inconvenient and time consuming. Otherwise, nice, clean, comfortable place.

Amazing hospitality as we walked in. They offered complimentary water bottles which is a nice touch. Our room was exceptionally clean, lots of towels and good body wash. Bed was comfortable and heater/air worked very well. Happiest I’ve ever been staying in a hotel.

Staff was very friendly, understanding and accommodating. The husband has eye surgery in the morning and they allowed us to check in a little early so he could get right back to sleep. Having the restaurant right at the hotel was nice so we didn't have to leave the property with him just having had surgery.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I come every May to the early television museum in Hilliard. This is an excellent location for me. It’s right near the interstate 70 and it’s in a quiet area. Been coming here now 5 different times.

I loved the breakfast!! I enjoy that if i had any questions the two front desk ladies were very happy to help. Our room was very clean, I love that location wise, it’s close to a lot of my favorite restaurants, retail stores, and really good coffee :))

Very clean and updated rooms. The parking lot is monitored by security to protect cars. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!

The only bad thing was that the walls are thin and you can hear people in connecting rooms or in the hall.

I called and was able to speak to Alexis at the front desk about an after midnight check-in on a sold-out night, and she was very helpful. The 3rd shift person who I can't remember her name was very friendly and helpful.
