Good size king suites, clean rooms, nice shower pressure, comfy beds, decent free breakfast fare, good location, A/C worked great. Hotel worked with us in advance to place our extended family rooms on same floor close to each other.

No connecting rooms, pillows kind of hard, not much room for parking, bathroom sink slow to drain/clogged. Although pros outweighed the small bit of cons, would stay here again if in Columbus area.

OK. Just toast, waffle and biscuit available. We're used to bagel/ English muffin choices. Also, of the 4 cereal choices, 3 were sugary. Something like Raisin Bran would be appreciated.

Even after raising the temperature immediately upon entering, we were still so cold, it was difficult to sleep. In this time of energy efficiency, it would be wise to have the temperature in the 70s for the guests to adjust from there. The bathroom could do with a good detail cleaning.

Thank Staff is wonderful! The breakfast was good. The cereals look like they had been in there awhile, would like to see Special K with strawberries, or raisin bran, not so sugary ones. A very large roach was greeting us at the inside of our room after breakfast. No food inside to draw it in. That was not good! Rm 314.

Roach, cereal options, not always having fresh fruit. Pillows are way too soft, but they gave us extra pillows.

the breakfast was mostly good. day one they had regular scramble eggs which was fine. the next day they only had eggs with cheese inside. I'm lactose intolerant so that wasn't good. they should have had both to choose from instead.

they didn't have both saucege and bacon to choose from. along with the scramble eggs 1 day and cheese eggs the next.

Coffee, bacon, hot chocolate, waffles. Water bottles The omlette things were good part of the time. We were there 7 days. Clean, friendly staff, good location, very helpful!

Omlette things were hard, overcooked at times. Cereals mostly sugary, and the bins look like the cereal had been in there a long time. Pillows were bad! They are lumpy flat. We both missed firmer pillows. The bed was ok, but not as supportive or comfortable as we like.

The breakfast is advertised as starting at 6:AM, but the staff, aware of their guests needs such as construction workers leaving at 6:AM, have breakfast ready at 5:AM. That tells me that they are truly concerned about their guests. Also, they have incredibly honest hotel housekeeping staff. I brought an old Amazon Firestick with me hoping to connect it and stream some preferred shows. Unfortunately my Firestick was defective so I tossed it in the trash. The next day when I returned to the hotel room, the staff had pulled it out of the trash and neatly left it on the counter. You don’t find that kind of honesty in the majority of places. I will be returning as long as I am working at OSU.

Very clean. They have rooms that accommodate our family of 6. They offer a very nice breakfast and the 2 gentleman working the breakfast area are awesome keeping everything cleaned and stocked.

There is one elevator and at times there would be a line to get on it. We had no problem taking the stairs though and it was quicker.

The room was comfortable and kept clean & neat. The location was convenient. Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the complimentary lunch items they had out for us. I would say it is a good fit for a family that is traveling, affordable yet decent accommodations.

My room had several cracked tiles in the entry & bathroom area. Also the floor over by the wardrobe was noticeably worn out where the padding under the laminate floor was apparently sunken. But those were really minor issues. Not enough to really raise a fuss about.

I had no complaints about the accommodation. The response of the staff was very good. He was very good to me who couldn't speak English.

I don't think there is a problem with the hotel itself. The customers on the second floor were so noisy that I couldn't sleep for a while.

They were accommodating,understanding and they helped us with everything we needed and made it super easy for us to enjoy our stay!

when booking it said it would be closer to the ohio state stadium however, not a issue with the hotel I should’ve done a little more research! Ended up not being an issue!
