The location was great, there were many food options in the area. It easy to get on the highway from the location as well. The room was clean and was very nice. The staff during check in and check out were very nice as well very welcoming and made the whole process seem less.

DID NOT LIKE! One night was terrible because someone rented rooms to some parents and many young boys that just wanted to use the pool. They ran around wet in the halls being loud and slamming doors. Complained to the front desk who couldn’t stop the madness. Even the parents were loud.

Fix the key system!!! They only work off and on.

We were surprised by the hotel's looks and suites everthing was more than our expectations.

We only had a regret, breakfast it was not that great. Guesses and us at the breafast sight in the hotel kept on making faces of disagreement about food offerred.

This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The room was incredible, the pool was heated and very refreshing. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was amazing. It was a great location for all of the things we anted to do like the Columbus Zoo. My son it was his favorite hotel ever. We had a 2 room suite which was a long rectangle with the living area in the front, kitchen and bathroom in the middle and 2 queens beds in the back. My son loved the fact there was a blue ray player.

We had a loose tile on the kitchen floor that drove us nuts but that is an easy fix. I wish there were more dishes in the kitchen area like a colander and a frying pan.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating Early check in with ease

I liked everything about the hotel. Loved the lady working the front desk.

Only thing I can say is that they didn’t serve breakfast meat on the weekend so that was a little disappointing.

It was clean!!!! Loved the kitchenette had a full size refrigerator! Great pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a good variety. The pool was super clean!

You could hear the people above us all night meaning the whole time they were walking it sounded like they were stomping. You also could hear some of the traffic but not to bad.

The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Online it was described as “free breakfast included” which was a little misleading. I was looking forward to eggs prepared hot and fresh rather than boiled. The staff at the desk was very courteous and helpful. Our rooms were very clean comfortable, and quiet.

Staff was really nice, room was clean, the beds were comfy.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest. No meat option and the eggs were not that great. Waffles were really good and thr bagel.

Great hotel. Great size room. Loved the full-size fridge. Great shower n clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was exactly as I expected. I have stayed there many times.
