Location, room, cleanliness and staff

The “hot breakfast” was a joke. The only hot things were sausage gravy and eggs, eggs were good, not hot. Coffee in the urn was lukewarm. Undrinkable. No regular cream, just flavored . A few kind of soggy tiny muffins. Really sad

Location, big rooms

I booked Ada room , my husband is wheelchair bound , cannot walk at all, asked for 1 st floor, was told that it was filled , even though I booked way in advance and was told it was ok,if there was a fire I would I'd be stranded, no way to get him out of hotel being on 4th floor,and the floor was under construction and the room was dated for !98.00 a nite!

Floor covering in bathroom and foyer. The extra hand rails in the bathroom. The adjustable handheld shower. The square puffs. The best breakfast--denver omelet, biscuit were delicious. Nice selection of yogurts. The birthday cake waffles. Didn't have any of those, but have never seen offered before.

The front desk staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The walls were very thin and there was carpeting in the hall of my floor (2nd) that was not well-secured.

There was a travel ball team all over our hotel. Young boys running the halls, slamming doors, and being extremely loud. Their DRUNK parents were in the lobby until at least midnight being super loud. No staff addressed this issue. It was awful.

I like that the front end greeted you every time that you walk into the hotel

I thought that breakfast was not enough. Was not impressed with the item on the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast options were good! Service was amazing. Overall clean place and quiet.

Room couldve been cleaner there was some trash left under our bed that wasn’t cleared when we came.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone who worked there was nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

That there was not a hot tub on the premises.

It was nice. Staff was super helpful. The woman who checked us in was excellent. Booking.com messed up our reset and she helped us and was still able to secure us a room.

Breakfast was not ready at 6 am and we were needing to head out early. Was hoping to be able to at least grab and go.
