Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fully stocked. Housekeeping was professional and friendly. The pool was clean and seats to sit. The garden was beautiful and relaxing. There are grills to cook out on. A beautiful fire pit. The pond needs a new water pump though. The elevator does work perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious and well kept up. The gathering around dinner was very nice as well. Only during the weekdays. You can choose to meet new people from all around America and the world, depending on who is staying there. (helps to know another language in some cases) I am definitely planning another visit.

I am a smoker. It was nice being able to step outside to certain areas and smoke. I loved that. But the disrespect that other smokers had by throwing their nasty cigarette butts on the ground instead of in the designated cigarette butt can/ashtray made the area around the can that they nicely placed out for smokers very dirty. Smokers clean your butts up or everyone can loose a place to smoke. It is not that hard!

Very convenient location. Suite was well-equipped and comfortable. Very spacious. The location is really easy for both restaurants or grocery stores if you prefer to use the in-suite kitchen to make your own meals.

It wasn't the properties fault, as far as I could tell - but there was some sort of dumpster pickup or something that happened at about 3am both nights. It could easily be heard through the closed windows.

I loved how accommodating the property was and how they thought of the little things like a laundry basket and paper towels. I loved that guest had access to free laundry and breakfast and a secluded pool. I also loved that the location of the property was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do in the area with safe free parking.

The room was comfortable, stocked good enough for eating in if you wanted to and stocked enough with bathroom supplies that you didn't have to bring or buy your own. All around the room was great!! Just wish there was smoking rooms.

How far outside you had to go to smoke, wish there were some options for smoking room's (after all there were 4 floors to this hotel). Smoker's still have some rights left!!

We liked it all! The location, the amenities, the bed and super comfy pillows! , check in was a breeze! Front desk staff are so nice, gave us recommendations of near by restaurants! They were helpful and took their time explaining the amenities and accommodations available to us! The place is clean, really clean, the common areas, and cleanliness of the rooms, allowed us to relax in tranquility! We were able to enjoyed the pool, cook a home meal and recharge for the next adventure! They provide amazing soothing body wash, shampoo and conditioner, no need to pack any! The place is walkable distance to Walmart, Huntington Bank and a 5 minute ride to Bridge Park in Dublin, close to major highways and the mall is literally a 3 minute drive, maybe less! We loved our time here!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Make sure you get up early and take advantage of this. Coffee is great!! Also great pool for family. Free laundry machine making drying towels easy! Nice patio area with gas fire and also grill for cooking. Cute water feature also. Convenient location right of the highway. Nearby many great attractions. Rooms are very roomy for what we needed. Had a little kitchen area so you can bring meals and cook to save money. Walmart nearby and gas station across the parking lot

Only complaint I can think of is the pool was a bit chilly. But also it was 50 degrees at night. Mid 70s during the day. Not sure if the air conditioner was on in the pool room but honestly that's the only thing 👍😊

Everything was great!! The room size was beyond my expectations, everyone was comfortable not crowded. The breakfast was awesome and delicious!! The indoor pool was great (a little too much chlorine), but the kiddos had a great time!! Just a great family day get away together!!

No options for smoking rooms.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff was exceptional. Room was spacious and clean.

Some minor repairs need done in the room, door handles broken, toilet ran constantly, faucet in bathtub dripped. Extra trash bags and toilet paper would have been nice. The decaf coffee had already been opened.

breakfast was great, room was clean and stylish.. completely accommodating for our needs. we will defiantly use this hotel again in the future for our family Columbus trips to the zoo and waterpark

nothing major but communication in the cafeteria for breakfast wasn't up to par. the kitchen staff told us there was no more syrup for the waffles. we left to go grab some to use because all the kids wanted waffles. when we came back, there was syrup. lol. it was just inconvenient lol.

It’s a beautiful hotel that felt clean and comfortable. It was in a great area as well. The staff were all so sweet and kind which eased some of the fears of traveling with 5 small children.

I didn’t like that we had to leave!!
