The location was Awesome!! While we was there my husband had a heartache and we was just 5 min away from the best Hospital. Dublin Methodist Hospital. It was a great location for everything we needed. The staff was great and helpful with giving us extra items we needed.

In the room they had just one blind and it wasn't a darkening shade and the sun would come in bright on you. So I asked for another sheet and drape over to help. There was a rough place on the floor and we had to use wheel chair for our daughter and the wheels kept hitting it.

I cannot say enough about the staff member...SAM. My husband had some kind of mental break, for the first time in his life. He had walked to a fast-food place close to the hotel and forgot where he was. He was gone for two hours. During that time, she consoled me and tried to keep me focused. She went way above her role as an employee and stayed with me until the fire department found him and returned him to the hotel. I will never forget her kindness and genuine concern. Your corporation should be very proud of her conduct and compassion she showed to you guests. Thank you SAM, from my heart to yours.

Everything was as expected. Hotel was well maintained.

The location was close to where we were going to meet friends. The room was good size, and clean.

We booked 2 rooms and requested that they be together. We arrived early and asked if are rooms were together. The person that waited on us was very rude. She said there wasn't one even on the same floor. I had requested it way in advance and we arrived early. I could not believe that there wasn't 2 rooms together on the same floor.

Participated in the Columbus Marathon so we stayed at the motel for 3 days. The price was right and the location was perfect for getting to the marathon. Was exactly what we were looking for.

The motel has been well used. The floor planking in the room was buckled in several spots and made a crunching sound when you walked on it. The room and the entire motel could have been cleaner although it wasn’t real bad. Overall it fit our needs even if there were some problems.

Good location right off the freeway breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.

After washing our clothes we discovered the dryer didn't work what was even more frustrating was the staff knew about it or some of the staff knew about it so we had a big pile of very wet clothes. At least we were reimbursed for all the quarters that we used for the dryer that did not work please put a sign on the dryer that it does not work.

I came to town for a memorial service for my brother and it was important for me to checkin early to participate and I had no problem getting in early. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and orderly. My room was very comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall a great stay!

The staff, location, bed was all great!

We had an ant issue in our room. We saw a few when we arrived and didn’t think much of it, but when we woke up they were every where. The front desk gave us a 15% discount which I think should have been way more. The staff felt terrible and were very kind but I know they can only do so much!

Comfortable bed Clean room

Desk clerk was very rude. 2 rooms next to each other were requested upon making reservations at least 2 months in advance. When we arrived the clerk said she only had another room on another floor. She didn't even say that she was sorry that they couldn't accommodate our request.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was roomy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was only one luggage cart and feel there should have been at least two. I have a heart condition. It would of been hard to move my luggage to the second floor by myself. Thank goodness the clerk was helpful and very pleasant.

Lots of places to store your stuff! Good lighting. Shower/toilet are separate from vanity.

Noisy upstairs neighbors one night; not your fault. Used own pillows; provided ones were lumpy & dense. No magnifying mirror. Never enough hangers anywhere we go!
