Had breakfast last day as we were leaving. Free for our room experience while there. Delicious and great service while at breakfast.

Room was not cleaned, reported to management. Was taken care of. Another time ran out of tissue and room was not sufficiently supplies with face cloths. Bed, mattress was lumpy not comfortable.

Customer service very kindly. Very Nice room. Old furniture, but works very Well, very clean and spacious room.

Heating system wasnt working properly. They provided a mobile heater, that wasnt enought for the room.

Location, ability to park outside (for a price), large rooms, clean, friendly staff.

Parking was pretty expensive ($40 per night for 6 nights, or $50 for 1 night) but the valets were good and I was always able to park and retrieve the car from the drive at the front of the hotel.

The view was nice.

They were having problems with the elevators while we were there. The bathroom sink sprayed water to the back of the counter, and you had to hold the lever down on the toilet for it to flush.

Very nice to have it so close to the Ohio Theater, a parking garage was attached to it, the beds were pretty comfortable (more on the stiff side, my preferred firmness) and the staff was pretty nice and tried to help when I asked for it.

The room I was in was a little on the warm side, it eventually cooled down to a more reasonable temperature so I didn't complain about it. Not all the rooms have the amenities, our room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator or a bath tub while the room our friends stayed in did. Not that big of a deal since we were only there for one night, but just a little strange that not all the rooms are the same. But maybe that's how all hotels are. The staff ended up having someone bring up a mini fridge for us, which was nice. Nothing major to complain about, just nit-picky things.

Great Location for the Arnold Classic. Room was clean. Gym was better than expected for a hotel gym.

Smoke detector went off with the shower. No refrigerator in the room.

The room and bathroom were both large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Expected amenities were provided. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was within easy walking distance to restaurants and the German Village (which we enjoyed visiting).

Really, everything was fine so nothing negative to report.
