Room was clean, beds were soft, staff was very helpful The pool was great. The view was beautiful

When you flushed the toilet the pressure was so strong that water would splash out and get all over the seat. The ice machine didn't work on our floor. I was double charged for my stay and half to wait 3-5 days to get my money back.. The thermostat was strange, we tried to turn the air down a little bit but it would put heat on.

Breakfast buffet was expensive, but the dining area is lavish. The parking was expensive, but street parking overnight was free/ $3 for 3 hours during the day. Overall the Hotel is very nice, it just has old fading carpet. Very nice staff and my adult daughters LOVED the Pool. I got a GREAT DISCOUNT, so it was absolutely wonderful as far as I am concerned. Pool on the 4th floor roof!! Awesome touch. I just wish it stayed open past 9pm, the best time to be in the pool is after dark.

Breakfast buffet price too high

Lovely chic hotel in right in the middle of downtown Columbus in the heart of it all. Close to so many venues. Bed and pillows and room temp, super comfortable. Nice restaurant on site. Outside pool and hottub also nice add ons for summer vibes.

Parking is extra, way extra $43.00 a night! Which is NOT ADDED ON when paying for room. This was my only negative. So if you paid say 220.00, add 43.00 more per night, making your actual total 263.00.

Walking distance from the arena

Housekeeping came and knocked on all doors on the hallway 2 1/2 hours before check out time. We had been out late to a concert. We were well aware of when check out was. That was uncalled for and not what I expect from a nice hotel.

The ladies/gentlemen in the dining area were working their tails off to keep guests from waiting too long for a seat. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Food was hot and delicious.

The front desk lady didn’t provide any information about the breakfast we paid for or about the incidental charge attached to my card- but it was explained to me later that when I checked in online I gave that authorization to place the charge on my card.

The central location to all of the Columbus attractions.

The valet parking service was backed up and we had to wait awhile to check in. A solution would be to alter the availability of check in time so people don’t all show up at the same time to check in.

Location was great for the event that we came to participate in.

The cost of parking was a surprise, I expected a small fee but 43.00 for the night on top of room rate wasn't expected.

The hotel was never more than 20mins from anywhere (shopping, restaurants, attractions). The staff was incredibly friendly. The organization of everything from valet, to check in, to requesting something from housekeeping. The easy, zero hassle of checkout.

The rooms, pool, location and staff were awesome!

The pool hours are lacking, 9pm is a little too early to close. The thing that would stop me from booking again would be the valet parking fee. The other hotels with valet and the garages in the area have parking for a lot less. The hotel across the street had valet for $10 as apposed to the $40 we paid.

CONNIVENCE to the fireworks .. the pool was amazing .. friendly hotel staff.. great environment
