When we first got in the front staff was great! Everyone was so nice and the cleanliness of the hotel was awesome. The room was great.

The one front desk person when we were checking out wasn't too approachable. She was cordial but I'm a big pet peever of not saying you're welcome when somebody says Thank you and when they are kind of annoyed that your asking questions just don't sit right with me. I do understand you have good days and bad days. Maybe she was just having an off day but when you are at work you have to try to fake it till you make it. Other than that, I loved everything. We had such a great time at this location. We will definitely be back.

The location is in the heart of the convention area with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel lobby is magnificent. The rooms are adequately furnished with a good TV and WiFi. Breakfast was a bit better than most Hampton Inns, but still not great.

The view from the room was dismal, facing back alleys. The red room decoration made it seem a bit like a bordello. There is no guest laundry facility, something that all Hamptons usually have. The room lighting was poor. It really needed more lights.

The property is lovely and very comfortable. In a great location to where we wanted to be. Tarique, the valet man, was so helpful, courteous, and on top of things, even when other employees he was working with seemed to not be helpful. I could tell they were trying. Maybe the other guy was new. Tarique was exceptional. I wish I could have tipped him well, but I didn’t have the cash on me. Please give him a fat bonus! The front desk personnel were all very friendly, too.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast sausage is weird and gray… weird flavor, too. And the roasted potatoes looked good, but had a weird sour taste. I wish the breakfast was better.

Breakfast was very basic at best and the hot food wasn't replenished very well. Most were empty when we went to use. We tried 2 different times and just went somewhere else. Parking wasn't explained that I would be charged until I got my visa statement with the charged applied to it. I probably would have use it but would have been nice to know it was extra.

The pool and proximity to the arena for our concert were absolutely perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The valet handled being busy very well.

The breakfast could've used more options. The line to make waffles was too long to wait in as that was the only "hot" option other than a southwest omelet that clearly no one was a fan of.

No microwave and no public bathroom and the tables were not clean for breakfast. Tissues in room not full and no phone in room to call front desk for help. Church bells next door loud! Front desk staff did not know there was a fitness room or pool.

Location was excellent for our conference. Hotel was easy to get to. My first experience with valet parking might have made it a life-long necessity 😀. The staff was fantastic, pool was different and hot breakfasts were so appreciated. Loved the pull out bins! We used them for snack bins vs keeping grocery bags laying around. Perfect little mini pantry.

Water & coffee was only 24/7 in lobby as far as I know. We were on 2nd floor so not a huge deal (and yes we had coffee pot in room but I can't handle the smell. This was for roommates) Seriously, this was my only complaint other than beds being too hard and I know that's a personal preference.

The location was convenient for the show we were attending. I loved how close it was to The North Market and many food options. The staff was very friendly as well.

I did not like that vending machines were advertised but there weren't actually any machines. I also did not like we were in a room that conjoined with another room and the guest next to us tried (multiple times) to get in our door in the middle of the night, waking us up.

We were originally assigned an interior room, where our view was essentially brick and windows of the other hallway. The kind clerk at check-in moved us to an exterior room with a much more desirable view! I believe due to the high winds, we experienced a whistling sound all night long coming in through the ventilation system in the bedroom area and bathroom. otherwise, the room was nice and the bed very comfortable.

The location was great for what we needed. It's close to the North Market, which we wanted to check out while in the area. An easy walk. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was great. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

I'm not really a nitpicker, but if we didn't love something, it would be breakfast. It was just okay. It's nice that it's even offered. And I'm sure plenty of other people enjoy it just fine!
