The property was nice, clean, and well-maintained. Everything felt decent and comfortable—from the lobby to the rooms. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the little extras like the evening snacks and drinks, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

If I had to point out a couple of things, I would’ve appreciated a later checkout option and more affordable parking. Those small changes would’ve made the stay even better. Still, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely consider coming back.

The entire hotel and experience was AMAZING! As soon as we got there the woman at thw front desk was great! I believe her name may have been Talayia (not 100% but definitely started with a T) she was so sweet and helpful. My daughter and I honestly loved her easy she made check in and she answered every question we asked very thoroughly. Our room was great! My daughter loved the pool! She did laps in and out of the building. It may have been her favorite part. We ordered from the bar and kitchen and the food was delicious as was my drink.

I love the convenience of this hotel which was extremely close to the zoo it had several restaurants around it but you did not need those because they provided a dinner and they also provided three alcoholic drinks for the adults and they provided beverages for the children as well along with their excellent breakfast the staff was amazing and very helpful and everything that I needed they had also accommodated me with stuff I needed for my special needs child and I would highly recommend this hotel

There is not one thing I can say that I did not like

The place was clean. Friendly staff. Fast wifi connection. The place was very strategic, securely connected to the convention center. Extra large sitting room separate from the bedroom. Clean and comfy furnitures. The bed was so comfortable. Warm breakfast was available. Free dinner "snacks" (more like light dinner) and drinks during certain hours. FREE POPCORNS!

Breakfast menu doesn't change, same menu daily. The juice fountain sometimes tastes like water rather than apple or orange juice. One of the elevators did not work, unfixed for days. The back of the convention center was right in front of our window view, along with the giant dumpster. Can be loud at times. Luckily we were on 7th floor.

Exceptional service and staff, everyone working there was extremely helpful, friendly and clearly enjoyed their job. We can’t say enough about the service and staff definitely would stay there again when traveling. Being there for a convention our open time was limited knowing that we had a meal when we returned to our hotel was very helpful relieving the stress of finding a restaurant and knowing that we had a good meal waiting for us was wonderful.

Can’t think of anything!

We had a handicap accessible room, and it was located on the first floor which worked out well for all the equipment I had to bring (scooter and oxygen tank etc). Staff were AMAZING and could not have been any kinder - and that was all of them - which is very rare. I did not encounter one unhappy teammate or any that did not greet us with a smile or nod. Front desk staff always checking on guests in dining area and as they came in the door. The person responsible for cleaning up the dinner area went above and beyond with my grandson who was a toddler and one that was "busy". He was patient and kind and even allowed him to "help" him while he did his job. Front desk staff even assisted in carrying items to my room when I placed an order for water and soda from the local market - above and beyond! The free breakfast, dinner bites, and cocktails at cocktail hour (we did not partake) were the added value for what we paid to stay.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very busy with kids and families, but that didn't bother me as the dining area is spread out so you can get a quieter spot if you need to work and have coffee. There is a secure parking garage (for an additional fee.) The location is very handy to walk or catch a bus. Pretty area of the city of Columbus.

Pool opens at 9am which is a little later than I prefer. I like to get a good swim in to start my day. There is ice vending on every floor, but no vending machines unless you go to the first floor.

First the staff were some of the kindest people I have ever met. Helpful, friendly, funny, informative. They all worked together & you could tell they were crossed trained. From working at the front desk, bussing tables to bartending they could do it all & did. The rooms were comfy, clean, & roomy. The free kickback in the evening was outstanding. Consisted of free food & 3 free alcoholic beverages. From wine to mixed drinks & all the soda & free fabulous coffee one could drink. Food Consisted of BBQ pork, hotdogs, nachos, fancy salad, bakes potatoes, mixed vegetables, soup, chili, all the extra fixins. All free & all u could eat. The free breakfast was just as amazing. Anything you could want from cereal, fresh fruit, waffles, pancakes, scrambled & hardboiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, yogurt, bagels, cinnamon bread, blueberry muffins. I'm sure I left some things out but food was all fresh hot & delicious 😋 Covered parking for only 20 a day for me was well worth price for the added security for my jeep. Within walking distance to the venue I was going to & to many bars, restaurants & activities. Contected to the convention center with an above ground clossed walkway. The heated indoor outdoor pool, hot & workout room was a relaxing & invigorating way to start & end your day. Over all A1 recommend & will only Stay at Drury hotels from now on.

Nothing everything met or exceeded my expectations

The staff was exceptionally!! From check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and always asking how they can help us. We knew we were getting breakfast included, and were happy with that, but then I read the hotel provides popcorn and soft drinks throughout the day, my husband LOVES popcorn so that was a nice touch! When we check in the nice gentleman told us 5:30-7:00 every night is good and drinks, on them as well! There was a buffet and we each got 3 drink tickets (beer, wine or cocktails), who does that?? Parking was very reasonable for a downtown hotel as well. Our room was spacious and immaculate, bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. We were headed to a hockey game at Nationwide Arena which was about a 1/4 mile down the street, maybe a little further but not more than a half mile. North Market was a quick walk, all types of food and snacks in a cool environment and lots of bars and restaurants along the way. Everything from start to finish was perfect, I can’t think of one thing to put on the Con list. We even ran into the Manager in the elevator and she asked how our stay was going and if everything met our expectations, they exceeded our expectations. Thank you for helping make our 25th wedding anniversary great! If ever in the area, we know where we’ll be staying again!

If I had to say anything negative, the only thing I can think of is the elevators were jam packed with people, there was some kid event in town so lots of kids riding up and down, but hotel can’t do much about that other than spending millions to add more elevators, and I’m sure that’s not happening, nor really necessary, we were just there during a busy time.

We absolutely loved the happy hour kick back with the food and drinks. That was so cool, we had never been to a hotel that does that. The staff were friendly and the food and drinks were pretty decent. The bartender was sweet and fun. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking was also easy and convenient. The surrounding area was great, we were so close to a lot of places. We stayed for only one night for a concert, but definitely want to go back soon and enjoy the rest of the area. We would like to use the pool next time as well.

The decor in the room could have been more updated. The decor was dark and maybe a tad dated, but that is all just person preference really and does not change the fact that we had a nice stay.
