We've stayed at this location once before and it was just as nice as the first time. We were happy the on-site restaurant was open this time as it was under construction when we were there before.

The parking situation isn't great. Their lot is directly behind the building, so valet seems unnecessary. During our first stay a few years ago, we paid for the 'valet' parking, ended up having to park our own car, handed the valet the keys, and then, when leaving, the valet just handed us the keys to our car. It made no sense. This time, we didn’t even bother with 'valet' and just opted for street parking. Their gym also lacks luster.

The location is close to a lot of great restaurants, bars, and within walking distance to a lot of great spots. The hotel is very clean, and I loved the design of the room. They have a lot of great offering at the bar and restaurant.

The parking is a bit difficult and expensive. I like that they offer valet but if you need to get to your car quickly and often, it can be annoying. There is a parking garage close by but it's pretty expensive to park overnight. The parking lot in the back was always full and mostly used for valet.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly. The showers were nice and the water pressure was good. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels where that was a problem. They have valet parking, but also are right next to a parking garage which is very convenient and it is close to so many restaurants and stores! I could see a coffee shop right out my window, which is always a plus for us!

I don’t have any complaints.

The Graduate Columbus is conveniently located in Columbus downtown, close to the Conference Center. The room was exceptionally good and clean. The price was very convenient. The area is quite lively and you can find pubs, restaurants and very nice shops in the surrounding.

The only thing I really did not like was the breakfast. It was very poor in terms of food and the service was quite slow...at least for early breakfast. Compared to the other Graduate Hotel I've been once in CT, this one really need to improve the offer and the service for the breakfast.

I liked the gym as there were actually a decent amount of options and good equipment! I like the location a lot. The room was really good, clean, and I liked the desk. The bathroom was very spacious, clean, bright, and I liked the products. The staff was really nice.

I wish there had been better breakfast/coffee options. Coffee is a big one for me, so would have liked the options to be better. I also wish it had been more lively, seemed pretty dead the entire stay, whereas other hotels I went to were very lively. I would have gotten a drink at a hotel bar had I seen it.

The room and idea of hotel are cute. The decor was fantastic. The bathroom was clean and well stocked.

The hotel charges for valet which is basically a parking lot in the back. We paid for valet to back our car out of a spot for us. The scent of the hotel is strong. It’s not bad but for those sensitive to smells, take note. There were crumbs under the bed. Not a deal breaker but ehhh. The restaurant was closed but we didn’t know until arrival.

Great location, clean! Pet friendly!! The room was comfortably sized, not huge, but big enough for us to set up our dog crate and have enough room to move around.

The bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable for us, but I would imagine that many people would find them comfy.

Probably the best value for money option in Columbus. Great modern hotel with nice and interesting decor of the rooms (though not so spacious as usually in US) located in the evening district of Columbus with many restaurants and bars.

Noisy and simple lifts, very expensive parking in the backyard of the hotel, no breakfast provided by the hotel (there is only small and simple coffee shop located in the hotel when you can grab some basic pancakes).

Hotel is located in the hub of downtown, very close to Columbus convention center, there are lots of restaurants bars around it. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, hotel staff was very helpful. I would stay in here if I visit Columbus once again.

Very convenient location. Close to great restaurants and shopping and the arena district is in walking distance.

Paid for valet- but both times we went to get our car they just unlocked the car and we walked to in in the parking space. Granted this isn’t a huge lot. But seems silly to pay $37 to give someone my keys and they don’t actually have to park the car or retrieve it.
