The room was very comfortable and a great value. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The quality was excellent, priced accordingly, and the gentleman waiting on us was super friendly and courteous. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Plenty to do within walking distance, and the staff gave us terrific recommendations. We will definitely stay here again next year and hopefully get the same room. The view was wonderful!

The only negatives were that the AC in our room kept making a banging noise when it kicked on. It wasn't too often, but it did startle us at first. The breakfast was more expensive than dinner and wasn't as good in quality.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Capital Suites Hotel in Columbus! The room was impressively spacious, with a well-designed layout that thoughtfully separated the living quarters from the sleeping area, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious. The on-site restaurant and bar were excellent, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable experience!

The beds were beyond comfortable. I haven't had good sleep like that in a very long time. The room was very spacious and clean. Everything was within walking distance or a 4-5 minute drive from the facility.

I wasn't given a sticker for parking when I checked in, so I ended up paying $25 a day which adds up extremely quickly. I also wasn't expecting a $100 holding fee when I checked in. I came for work and had a very tight budget, so that holding fee shorted me on money for my entire trip.

Learning how the parking garage relates to the hotel. Lol. The parking lot has 6 floors. Then you ride an elevator to the 7th floor to the lobby. Once you have your room number you get on a different elevator to go to the floor of your room. That was a little confusing at first. Oh and the parking situation. You have to get a ticket and take it to the lobby every time you want to leave the parking lot. So you don’t have to pay extra.

Location was great. We were in town to see a performance at the Palace Theatre which was one block away so we were able to walk there. The restaurant and bar were both very nice and the food was excellent. Bartender was extremely friendly. Room was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Price was very good.

The ceiling in the shower looked like it had mold on it. Needs updating but I imagine if it was the price would increase.

Beds were very comfy and within a block to where we were going.

Needs renovations, only one elevator was working and some things just look like they need updated. Room was not the cleanest. I had specifically asked for it to be cleaned very well because I have dust allergies and that was not done at all. There was a floss toothpick under where the sink was when we arrived. Little things matter and the room wasn’t cheap so asking it to be clean shouldn’t be a hard thing to do. Very comfortable and could be a great hotel if they had staff that did their job and paid attention to the smaller details. We also only had one washcloth but several hand towels. Attention to detail is important.

I thought the hotel smelled great. Everything was really clean, the bed super comfortable. The staff at check-in were awesome. I'd definitely stay again.

Complimentary breakfast would have been nice, but honestly, the stay itself was so pleasant that I'd still stay there again, complimentary breakfast or not.

Location, staff, and cleanliness of hotel were great! Elevators in parking garage go right up to hotel lobby. Delicious cookie given upon check in.

Paid for upgraded room with view of river, but windows were dirty and couldn't really enjoy view. Not much lighting in living room of suite. Ordered food from hotel restaurant and took back to our room to eat, but sandwich was missing avocado and no tarter sauce for fish. Did not call down and let kitchen know, as we were rushed to eat and get to concert on time.

Nashaunti at the front was AMAZINGLY nice. The complimentary cookies upon arrival were delicious and a great but unexpected treat. The room was spacious and clean and exceeded what I thought we were getting.

The view from our room on the 8th floor was a bit lackluster as we were facing a brick wall and the window was a bit dirty.

Comfortable, nice lounge.

No coffee available in the morning. Free or not it’s nice to have it available. Coffee machine in room was incomplete and was not useful. Parking options and elevator directions might help also. Wasn’t sure where to park or how to get in. A little confusing…
