This is my second experience at this property in Downtown Columbus everything about it was very comfortable the price the atmosphere and the parking and I would definitely stay here again this is a five-star accommodation for me thank you very much.

No complaints in this area it was a safe secure building after a certain time of night. To utilize the elevator if you didn't have a key to go up you would not be able to utilize it. I think it was a well-thought-out plan for this property, and all the Investments they have made into it.

Our room was was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

I am a veteran and when I asked about my veteran discount , the desk clerk stated that he would have to check with the manager. On the following morning, the new clerk told me that i was not eligible for it, but I could not understand the manager's reasoning for it. I showed them my Ohio Veteran Card which clearly showed that I was a Vietnam Veteran, but I choose not to argue with them about it. But I clearly felt that they were just trying to save themselves some money but not honoring your policy.

The hotel is located about 30 30-minute walk away from the main Columbus area. The German Village was across the street and there were plenty of food options nearby. There was also a supermarket nearby. The rooms were decently sized and quite easily fit three adults. There was a free breakfast with the room downstairs. he temperature in the rooms was nice as were the bathroom facilities. They provided shampoo and body wash.

The beds were a bit raised from the floor so it required a jump to get on. There wasn't a lot of parking space outside the entrance but they did have a parking lot nearby. There was only a dingle elevator for the building but we generally didn't have to wait too long.

Was thinking of staying longer due to family member in ICU at Grant Hospital. Signed up with IGH rewards, states I have no previous stays nor points. Also first night I stayed alone. Second night my brother stayed again. I felt I got no deal on the two nights I've been here. Promotions? What advantage was booking. com? By use again? Frustrating in time of emotional stress

No deal. No rewards. Full price. Want to extend stay, but probably won't now. Family member in I.C.U. added emotional stress not appreciated. My error?

Leanna Cooper was the absolute nicest & sweetest person I have ever met. She made our stay enjoyable. She was accommodating & the most helpful employee I have ever encountered. She works hard, long hours but she never let's it show. Great personality & definitely the reason we would return to stay at this location. I personally believe this wonderful young lady deserves a raise for all her hard work, great customer service, amazing work ethic & the dedication she puts into this job & she does it with pure joy. Promote this woman!! Give her a raise & never let her leave your company. You have an amazing asset in Leanna Cooper. Keep her in your employ for as long as possible. She will turn your business around with great ideas & exciting motivations. If I could hire her, I'd never let her go & I'd put her in charge of something that would showcase her talents, personality & attitude. Please make sure this message gets to the appropriate people. The bathroom sink was shut & clogged & was unusable.

The price was excellent and the motel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were more than willing to be helpful and the hospitality was impeccable. I can’t go on enough about how comfortable the stay at this location was. Close enough to walk downtown but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the events we were attending. Definitely a location I would stay at again.

The only downside to the motel was the maintenance that was being done on the elevator, but I’m sure for the average attendee using the stairs was not that much of an inconvenience.

The room was clean and comfortable with great bathroom facilities. The breakfast was good. Nice variety of food choices available. The staff at the front desk were efficient and very helpful when asked for recommendations for places to eat in the area.

The room was little wonky. Little things like the towel rack in the bathroom was hung crooked. The TV wasn't square with the wall hanging and furniture. The floor had a bit of a slope.

The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Turkey sausage! Chobani yogurt! Decent bagels! The room was fine, but since it was on the ground floor, I had to keep the shades/blinds drawn. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was $12 a night, which I didn't anticipate. This hotel was on the edge of German Village, and Google maps might not take you to the actual entrance to the parking lot. Drive around the block and you'll see it.

The bed was the star of the show! I wanted to add an extra night just to enjoy the bed more. The property was clean.

I didn’t have any dislikes. The parking lot was small. Not sure if they had another lot. I was able to get a parking space and paying for in advance was helpful. I utilized Uber as my stay was specifically for a concert. Worked out perfectly. Parking is also cheap. Most hotels charge A LOT more.

I thought the hotel was over priced! But so amazing. Every worker we came in contact with was absolutely amazing including the housekeepers. We didn’t use housekeepers for our 4 night stay I tried keeping the room clean took out our own garbage and towels and got extras from the girls! Breakfast was good as well. Safe except for the homeless men lurking around the premises but when staff were alerted they took care of the situation real quick!

The price of the hotel and the added Ohio state tax which made the room a lot more money than expected
