The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly

All was good just there was a small .mistake by charge the breakfast from credit card while we book with breakfast invluded the gentleman at front desk helped me and canceled the amount from credit card .

It was great all around. Loved the amenities- charging stations and cubicles. Room well designed.

Cold water shower last morning.

The room was comfortable and clean, the location was great, good access to parking. The included breakfast was good.

The shower could have used a grab bar.

Location is amazing! Close to downtown but provided free parking that was easily accessible. The hotel is close to several restaurants that you can walk to. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I.

Great front desk staff. They really worked with us because we had to cut our stay short.

Bistro/bar evening staff was very unfriendly. Told us to hurry up and order because she wanted to go home. Also could not find a wifi password.

I didn’t like that we were not told there would be no housekeeping during our stay.

Our regular place to stay when dropping college kid off at OSU. Located with easy access to highways, OSU campus, and downtown neighborhoods. Free, accessible parking; Starbucks coffee in house.

There was a dirty rag in the shower and toothpaste on the inside of the shower curtain. Other than that everything was very good.

For the cost of $250/night, some meal perks would have been nice.

Fire pit not working. Tolet didn't want to flush. Bed too hard .
