This hotel was a lifesaver to me. My brother and I had to stay several days, and not knowing the area was really happy it was right across the street from the hospital. They also provided shuttle service to and from his Dr office and surgery center. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the lobby and sitting area was very clean and spacious. The room had a sitting area, which is very good to relax instead of sitting on a bed. Breakfast was very good and always fresh. There is a Bob Evans right beside it, so it was convenient to grab supper. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to stay a while.

I was very pleased with this hotel, so I do not have anything to write about not liking it.

The front desk staff where amazing. They saw that I was a little frazzled but were able to put my mind at ease right away. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant. I love the later than usual check out time. The breakfast was also very good.

The only thing that I didn't like was the set up of the bathroom in our room. While I did like the toilet and the shower being in its own room, I did not like the outside doors (there were frosted clear but still see shadows).

Everyone was very nice, room was very comfortable. Location was great for us. Breakfast was hot and ready and very filling.

We did have to ask for towels. Since they were fully booked it was slim pickings. The staff was great about accommodating us, but they might need more help keeping up with such a busy hotel!

I love that this hotel offers a 12 o'clock checkout unlike most. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was a little thrown off by the layout of the room, but I got use to it. This was my first time seeing a shower and sink seperated from the toilet and another sink...they were located directly accross from the bed, which was a little odd....overall, the room was fine.

Hotel was in an awesome location. A mile walk to OSU stadium and good food options that were also in walking distance from the hotel. Continental breakfast was good, coffee was coffee but next door had awesome coffee. Super friendly staff!

Good position, less than 10 min. by car from downtown. Confortable and wide room with all the necessary. Great free wi-fi connection both from the hall and in the room.

Breakfast to be improved (limited choice of hot and cold meal). Gym with mainly running and cycling machines. Swimming pool very small and not charming. Room service should be daily.

The location was perfect for us. We walked to a venue at night and felt safe. We were close to the Scioto Mile for a nice walk the next morning. The room was quiet and spacious. Separate rooms for toilet and shower was very nice!

Its so clean. i loved their shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispenser. smells so good! they have a big sofa that can be converted to bed for a extra guest. TV can be position right infront of the bed or switch facing the sofa bed. breakfast is terrific! they have beef patty, bagels, waffles, fresh milk,ham&eggs cheese crossaint. fruits etc. all warm and new. my daughter enjoyed her stay. we will definitely come back for the next stay in ohio.

Even better than I expected! Such a great price for a great hotel. The staff was all extremely friendly. The room was so clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. A lot of options and delicious. Location was convenient and easily accessible.

Close to OSU Hospital, very convenient.

Needs a Ceiling Fan in the section right inside the door where the desk and couch is at. There’s no air flow there from the air conditioner.
