Did not eat breakfast

We booked the room through Booking.com's website. When Booking.com sent payment to the hotel, they apparently coded the payment as a different type of card than the VISA card which we charged the reservation to. Consequently, when trying apparently to set up room keys, there was some issue and my VISA card was changed with a higher amount which included authorization for incidentals. The desk person who arrived for the day shift figured out the issue and contacted Booking.com to correct the issue. However, even though the incorrect charge was removed, it took several days for it to be removed from my credit card.

Everything was great! The room was nice and clean, the staff was great! Was not very busy at all!

This isn't a huge issue or a complaint really, the only thing that was a struggle was the pool and the room the pool was in was sooo cold.. my daughter did not mind, but it was hard to get in and enjoy it.

It was clean and comfortable. I always love the shampoo and conditioner too. Just stayed one night so can’t really say much beyond that but I have used this hotel chain elsewhere.

There were light switches that went to nothing. The only elevator did not require the use of my key card. Other Courtyards by Marriott that I’ve stayed at did and I liked the security of that.

I didn’t eat at the hotel. It was conveniently located for my family to get to. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They let us do family pictures at the hotel.

I would have liked the breakfasts, like some hotels have. I don’t eat that much, and a complimentary continental-type breakfast would have been nice. And, I wouldn’t have to leave the hotel.

Great location in Columbus and the gym was adequate pool on the small side but nice for a splash about.

Some staff a little nonchalant and rude when asked a question. Some parts of the hotel need a little paint.

I loved how nice all the employees were & they were so helpful. The queen rooms were a nice size & they fit my party of 8 kids, especially with the sofa bed.

I wish they served breakfast instead of the bistro bar they have.

Everything, room was very nice, staff especially the lady at the front was super friendly.

I was charged 20 dollars without being told. when I called I was told I would get it back in 5 business days if I didn’t use my room number to purchase anything at the bistro. Other than that it was a great trip

The food was great both at dinner and breakfast. Service was great and server was very pleasant and accommodating!

Location was great, very close to shopping centers & restaurants. Had a little 24hr market & Starbucks/bar inside.

For me, the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Staff was amazing, especially Anna at the bar. Place was clean and bright and fresh.

The temperature in our room could not be regulated...
