We always stay at the BW Executive Inn, as the rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. There was disappointment that the swimming pool is no longer available. We had a problem with the toilet that was reported to staff upon check-out, but that was only for this visit. We plan to return again when visiting the Columbus-area!

These are minor issues: We do not mind, and actually prefer, individually wrapped items at the breakfast bar, but instead of Twinkies and Ding Dongs, which are not typical breakfast items, we would have preferred donuts or sweet roll items - Hostess brand is fine. There are no USB jacks in the room! We travel with adapters, and can also charge items in the car, but it would be a nice extra to "plug in" in the room.

The location is great for easy-on/easy-off expressway.

check-in clerk/front desk attendant not very friendly toilet paper roll ran out during the night and no replacement rolls available in room ** I mistakenly left my laptop charger in the room when I left, and noticed when I returned home late that day. I called right away and the front desk told me they needed to check with manager about shipping it to me (I indicated at my expense). I have since called 4 or 5 additional times, no return calls, still with no further information on shipping. (6 days later)

I travel often and this is one of the nicest motels I’ve stayed at in a while. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable bed, A/C worked great, large-screen television, fridge, microwave, ironing board/iron, full-length mirror, and great water pressure. The motel was quiet, in a great area and centrally located to everything. The woman at the front desk (her name is Love), was warm, welcoming, very pleasant, and demonstrated exceptional customer service which contributed to my positive experience. I’ll definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

this location is nice and quiet. staff was nice and the bed was comfortable

i had a non smoking room and the room had a weird smell to it. it might’ve been an air freshener but it was not pleasant. The tub was also slightly dirty and there was marks on the wall in the bathroom.

We ended up here after originally checking in at the Red Roof Inn across the street - which was absolutely disgusting, we left immediately because it was so foul. The Best Western immediately confirmed my (last minute) reservation on booking.com and the front desk staff here were great, super friendly ladies! The room was exceptionally clean and up to date. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean and comfortable!

Everyone was super friendly. I accidentally closed the bathroom door from the outside and realized my dog was locked inside!!! The staff couldn’t have been kinder, coming immediately and removing the entire knob from the door to get him out. They were very apologetic and were very accommodating!

The property was clean and safe.

We could take our pup for a fee. The shower was clean, and the little breakfast fueled us for a long hard trip through a storm.

Wish we could have paid through the app for the dog fee. The tenants were noisy at 3 a.m. as they walked by .

The rooms are surprisingly large, very clean, comfortable and well maintained. I liked that each room on the first floor has an individual parking spot in front of your room door which makes loading and unloading easier. The mirror over the sink area has surround lighting and was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and quick to respond.

The lobby/breakfast area is a bit small and the breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast was good for the price. Forgot my slippers, but my white socks were not totally gross after running around in the room the evening and next morning. All in all a great stay for the money.

Couldve used better cleaning around toilet seat and cobweb detail. Pretty sure I got Carpal Tunnel trying to get soap and shampoo out of the dispenser in the shower. Lol Maybe clogged.
