The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. The room was good. I liked having access to my room from other doors and that the doors were secure. I like the little nightlight in the bathroom for the kids.

Having to go to the actual lamps to turn on was something I didn't like from arriving at night. But it's not home, and you just deal with it.

Good location, easy check-in. Several restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms and beds typical with most Hampton Inns I stay at. Clean facility. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Just off the interstate so easy to access.

Nothing that I didn’t like

Needed to use elevator to get to room but it was quite a distance from the front desk and handicap parking. I tried to park closer to door leading to elevator as staff suggested but the lot was full so had to use handicap slot near front door. This may seem minor to some but when walking is painful than it becomes an issue. A General question from me is why are all the HH toilets so low to the ground? A lot of people need a higher one or bars to assist in getting up from a very short one.

I am a travel nurse, & the fact that they are willing to accommodate my need to check in around 8am, after I work all night in a local trauma center, & NOT charge for the previous night is a major win! The staff are always friendly & helpful, & are caring. They appreciate the job that us nurses do, & it shows in how welcoming each one of them are. Other hotels are definitely losing out with a lot of potential business from travel nurses due to the fact of charging for a night that isn't needed, only to let you check in 1st thing after working all night! The beds are comfy, it's always clean, & quiet 💕

Really can't complain about anything, except that I don't like turkey sausage, & I wish I could get an omelette for breakfast! And a hot tub would be a plus!

We chose the hotel because it had a pool and breakfast. The part that exceeded our expectations was the pool was indoors and HEATED! We spend time there in the evening after checking in and again in the morning before leaving. We would definitely stay there again if we pass through the area.

We enjoyed the quiet room with an awesome shower! The staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed our hot breakfast, yet it was lacking in choices.

We enjoy a hot breakfast and always book hotels who serve them. This breakfast was good yet it could be improved by adding a few more choices.

Location was perfect, nearby stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend.
