The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was ideal due to being on the outskirts of Columbus. The front desk staff gave us water out of the fridge upon arrival.

While it didn’t bother me, the hotel is located next to a major highway and that might bother some with the noise but it didn’t affect me. They do offer free earplugs at the front desk if anyone needs one.

Breakfast was fantastic, the guy who makes it deserves a raise for sure and the different options helped a lot: I liked that my room was kept neat.

Alarm clock in my room 327 didn’t work, too close to the highway, was hard to sleep at times due to road noise.

Most everything. Great breakfast! I really like the soaps all bring on the walls!

Too close to interstate. It Was a very loud area. They Could use the soap and dispensers closer to the end of the cabinet; I’m short so I had to stretch to reach, as I think it would be difficult for a child to reach as well. Our bathroom door didn’t roll open and close well; my husband actually had to yell for me to help him get it open, once closed.

It was clean and close to many restaurants and the highway! We were there for activities in downtown Columbus and this was easily accessible and much cheaper!

It wreaked of pot in the hallways n lobby al lay the whole time we were there…although besides finding the culprit idk what else u really do

Nicole was amazing, very professional, and understanding with my issue. Thanks for helping me resolve it. She is definitely a huge asset to your team. Made us feel welcomed the minute we walked through the door. P.S. my daughter passed her state boards..

Booking.com was a huge mess. I pre-paid for my room, once I got there they tried to run my card 3 times. I had 2 rooms reserved,paid for 1, canceled the other one.. they canceled the one that was paid but never gave me a refund.

Clean and neat. Updated look. Tara was funny and very helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was on point.

Could hear the traffic throughout the night and people in the hallway. Not super loud but noticeable.

The staff was not super friendly, we had to ask for new towels and washcloths, housekeeping did not come by our room our entire stay.

Even though this hotel is going through renovations at the current time, the staff still maintains a clean hotel so that guests are not greeted by dirt and such upon entering. The staff makes you feel very welcome and explains what is available. The breakfast that was available was very good as well. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

There is nothing I did not like.
