Upon leaving , we stopped at the front desk to return our keys and there was just a note that said to leave the room key ..No human to be found, also no receipt... We had also been there for a few days and had asked for clean towels and for our bed to be tidied up .. the manager had said they would get it done only to have us return that evening to nothing cleaned or straightened in our room ... We are handicapped, hints why we had a handicapped room .. our son went to ask for new towels and our DIL made our bed. We had our son ask for a wakeup call the next morning for 8 am and that was never given... any of the 5 days we were there. The first night checking in (my DIL had made the reservation) and the young man behind the desk argued that he couldn't find anything under the name ... Somehow he found it after telling me he had nothing with our names ...All in all it was a good hotel... It just seemed the only time we seen any one was when they were there to take our card...

Staff didn't seem attentive. None of the things we asked for we accomodated

The room size was excellent and the comfort of bed was also excellent. The temperature in the room was easy to gauge and we were very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was wonderful with good water pressure and a large shower space.

The floor area in the foyer of the room felt a bit sticky. I wasn't that impressed with the breakfast choices but what options were available were fine. My husband enjoyed the choices more than I did. The elevator was very slow and we opted to use the stairs.

It. Was a very quiet clean hotel. It has a really nice pool. Is very warm really enjoyed it like swimming in a big hot tub.

I didn't like thatOne of the elevators didn't work the entire week that I stayed there. Also their breakfast Could be better better. Have healthier options to choose from. But overall I would recommend staying here.

Customer service by Ron is exceptional, fast check in , very welcoming. Great with kids and family. Amy in the breakfast was awesome too. Keeping everything clean and organized making sure everything and everyone was fine. We do travel a lot for jiu jitsu, so we stay a lot in hotels , this hotel exceeded our expectations , staff like Ron and Amy is admirable. Super nice and very welcoming and attentive . Spaces were big, bathroom sparkling clean. Pool is awesome too. Breakfast in the morning has a good variety of options you can have for breakfast and Amy and Ron were there also making sure all of us had what we needed. This is a 5 start customer service and facility to stay for anyone staying in the Columbus area. Next competition we have here we are staying again at this hotel for sure. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was very good. Could have had a little more in the way of fresh items (fruit, etc.) but good variety and immaculately clean (an attendant monitored continuously throughout the breakfast hours). Location was good—convenient and felt reasonably safe. Great for business travel.

If I was vacationing, things to do within walking distance, but this place really seems targeted towards business travelers so I wasn’t expecting that.

This property exceed my expectations. I honestly wasn’t expecting the room to be so clean. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. I had some trouble getting into my room because of the key fob thingy, but the staff were very apologetic about it and settled the issue right away!

The customer service was outstanding and our room was very nice!

The breakfast was a bit disappointing but not the worst. It just seemed very limited main entrees kept running out. The staff worker was definitely trying her hardest to keep up which I appreciate.

I loved everything! The front desk staff was extremely nice. I can’t recall any negative experience. The front desk attendant (can’t remember her name, but she said she just turned 50 years old) she was AMAZING! Loved her.

Took 30 mins to get someone at the desk at 1:30pm. We arrived early to be a head of the storm coming. Said I wanted to see if I could check in and he instantly cut me off and said my room was still being cleaned with out even asking my name. My intention was to try and get checked it and get internet due there being little to no cell service with AT&T there for some reason.

Breakfast was good

Sanitation, the Dumpster was emptied around 3:00 am sounded like he dropped the dumpster, I would suggest if they could empty around 7:00 Am if possible.
