The front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, and not just the room the whole hotel was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Really there wasn't much I didn't like. Only 2 things I would say is when we checked in I was charged more than what my booking said online, and the room was kinda small for the price but it was one night and we weren't crammed in there at all I just expected the room to be a little bigger.

Air conditioning was too loud. I would have appreciated a quieter ventilation system. Breakfast wasn't great. Not too tasty, very limited choices, single-use paper plates.

Location was great, cleanliness, staff, and the room was very large and set up great. I could live at this hotel! 😁😁 plus shopping across the street was very nice, and the the original pancake house was within walking distance!!

I had no bad feelings about this place at all.

Early check in was amazing after a long day of travel! Greatly appreciated! 🤘🏽

The shower curtain was too short for the stall and the floor got very wet every shower.

Breakfast was very nice with predictable items. Cleanliness of the room and overall facility was a stand-out.

Only wish they didn’t feel the need to use scent diffusers. Smell is a bit strong and overwhelming

Location- cleanliness - most of all the staff! They were all so friendly and fun!

Paying for parking- completely unnecessary
