We stayed here for 4 days for Sonic Temple and I must say that I was rather impressed with how clean and comfortable our room was for the price. I requested room service one of the days, and came back to a very clean, tidy, and good smelling room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The quality of the room overall exceeded my expectations for the price.

The only reason I gave the room a 9 was because of the shower. The water pressure was really weak. Other than that, very satisfied. Perfect place to stay for a 4 day festival!!!

It was mostly quiet and not real close to noisy businesses

The last night there they put some people in the next room who were loud and woke me up at 1am on a Thursday morning. I had to get up at 6am. Was not happy about that especially since I had to get dressed and go to the office because the phone in the room did not work and the noisy occupants did not quiet down after I knocked on the door and asked them to be quieter.

I was honestly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. I was thinking "Motel 6, as long as there aren't bed bugs I'll be happy" but it was so clean and comfortable and welcoming.

Literally nothing. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly when we first got there but the front desk made sure it was taken care of.

The Location, around TONS of restaurant's and easy access to public transit. A better cheaper option than most in the Columbus area.If you don't mind travelling 5 miles to the city center and back, this is the BEST option imho. It seems everyone else is charging way too much, the property has mixed to BAD reviews or the area is undesirable.

Some of the maintenance could be better,I had to flush the toilet twice and the HVAC system makes noise while in operation. The cable TV channels could also be a bit more reliable but I don't care about that because I watch youtube on my phone. Just something to think about.

The location was convenient , the staff was very respectful and helpful throughout my stay and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Only wished there were phones in the rooms for those who may not have access to cell phones or other devices.

Room was cozy and clean

They could not run my credit card. Called my bank TWICE said it wasnt on my end.. thier machine at the front desk was declining it

Motel was older but room was updated and very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice

I thought the price was high for the area with no events happening close by. They also charge a $50 deposit to stay. Took forever for it to be refunded.

It had a microwave and a fridge. It was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The bed was large and the wall outlets were a plus..

The amount of lighting from the outside of the hotel. Made it hard to sleep a little but it was to be expected. The freezer in the fridge was practically frozen over. I could barely get my items in it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. I didnt realize when I booked it that I would have a suite. The location is great, and it was clean

The cleaning staff should check pull the cushions off the couches and chairs when cleaning

The room is clean and check-in is very easy. The workers there are also very kind. They welcome guests and would help accommodate guests as much as they can.

During my stay, the swimming pool was not available. I believe if they fix the swimming pool as soon as possible, it will be a better experience for guests.
